The wait time for the valet parking was way too long. The guys were working hard but definitely need more valet drivers working at checkout time.

The picture of the pool on the website was very deceiving. It was very small. We booked this hotel because we thought the pool was large and indoors. The pool was tiny. The rooms were nice and clean but our room was off the main street and the windows were not soundproof so we heard everything all night long which interrupted our sleep.

The location was great with stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very nice and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very clean.

Building maintenance a little neglected and in need of some repair. Exit signs hanging off ceiling, cupboards not closing.

Excellent location, clean, friendly helpful staff. They hold luggage on checkouts for later flights. Breakfast included is value for money.

The price for parking is exorbitant. It should be disclosed BEFORE booking since it significantly increases the cost of the stay. $59 per day. I will not stay here again if I have a car. Also the lobby area was kept on the cold side and it would have been nice if cold water were always available.

pool- unclean and cold. no towels and dirty towels on pool floor weight room- no sanitizing wipes, kinda dirty room- shower made noises- they did come fix drinking water not readily available in hotel- only at a certain time and not consistent

pillows were uncomfortable. our last day, our room phone kept ringing at 6 am waking us up (we did not request a wake up call). bathroom doors were hard to close and keep closed. it kept sliding open.

breakfast was good, several options. close to everything downtown, able to walk everywhere. room was nice and clean. let us check in super early.

The water of the shower was slow. I find this is quite a common problem at hotels in the US and Canada. This is my only complaint of the guest room. It would be wonderful if free coffee and tea could also be available after breakfast time. Public transport was absence near the hotel, but it is more likely the problem of the whole district / city. Valet parking is not cheap but acceptable.

The guest room is at good size and clean. The decoration and facilities are in good condition. The room is quiet and with good sound isolation. All the hotel staff I met were nice and helpful. The breakfast are tasted good, with enough variety. There are several good restaurants and coffee shops just at the opposite side of the street. Supermarkets, like Whole Foods Market and Target, are within 10 min walk. Importantly, the WiFi was expectedly fast. It is good enough for video calls (and youtube). I did not need to wait long for getting the car from valet parking, usually within 5 minutes.

More selections at your little restaurant at the bar. My choice was fruit or fries and I got fruit but it was only a cut up green apple which I could have just grabbed at the front desk. Maybe a few wraps?
