United States of AmericaWe got there and our reservations was not found, it is 11 pm, my family and l traveled 17 hours, we are tired, but no reservations, REALLY?. BOOKING.COM TOOK care of it for us and we got our rooms. I did not like that they served the same things every morning, there was one guy there by the name of Travis who definitely needs recognition, he was very attentive, available, talked to you, the other staff members, never spoke or smile, say good morning, Travis would always go out of his way to make sure everything was replenished, they need more Travis's like him. I told him after two years of being there, he needs an upgrade to a better position. When you see potential in someone, l feel it should be pointed out by the company or you just might lose the good ones. What didn't l like? Check your credit card bill as well, our receipts added up to 2,028 but our credit card was charged almost 2400.00 now we are trying to straighten that out. Would l recommend Hyatt Place East Moline? Yes l would, lbut l would watch my bill very carefully next time. Also, do not expect coffee to be readily available, they don't do that but they should, put a coffee pot on the table before the elevators, you never know how someone's day or night has gone and they need some coffee to kick start again. I have been to numerous hotels and it helps a lot to walk in and coffee is ready. There is also alot of cabinets in the rooms, but no utensils, plates, or anything, you have to buy them yourself, fridge doesn't hold much either. The premises was nice but someone isn't taking care of the flowers or shrubs for sure, they were all dying and Trask right outside the entrance were always full, cigaretts smell was awful bc people stood by the entrance smoking, there were planters filled with cigaretts instead of flowers, nasty. Nice hotel, but there is room for improvements.
The location close to the water, there was a sidewalk where you can bike, walk, run, jog, skate, whatever you want. The hotel was nice as well.

United States of AmericaShould have been advised that maid service was only on request when we checked in, so after being out all day and returning to room we noticed no maid service when confronting the staff at front counter about maid service was informed they should have advised us when checking in, which we were not advised, and staff did not seem to be concerned.
