I loved the clean and well-appointed room as well as the well-stocked breakfast area. the man that was working a night shift brought a microwave up to my room as he saw I had a young daughter and I was coming downstairs to microwave her food after hours. very kind. the front desk was not super useful as far as directions to get to/from the parking lot as I had no idea the Parking garage was not attached to the hotel and we were basically wheeling all our luggage onto a sketchy looking street (not super sketchy, but it was not well lit at night). otherwise, such comfy beds, ample space. I'll stay here again if I man vacationing in SF.

Few parking spots though overflow parking was available, so not really bad. Quite pricey but location was good and we went mid summer so that’s understandable.

Clean and comfortable room. Spacious enough. Large windows. Nice bathroom. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful and kind staff. Great for dog owners. Good fitness room.

We asked for a room to the front (Bay) and were told, ours would fit that requirement. Unfortunately this wasn't he case and we had a room on the back with a direct view the rails and trains passing by.

The hotel was just nice. Breakfast above the (american) standard. The room was quite large and clean. It would have been a 9-10 if we would have got the promised "front-room".

the sun shade curtain in my room came down and was repaired right away but was not able to lift it up to see my view unfortunately.

The property is very clean and welcoming. The rooms are big compared to others in the Bay Area and this location has a great breakfast!

The staff wasn’t very pleasant when checking in and answering questions.

The hotel location is next to the restaurants, freeway, and shopping center which is very convenient. The hotel is also clean.

Staff would not allow us to check in 1 hour before the scheduled time without paying an extra fee. A room was ready but desk clerk wanted to charge us the extra fee. This would have been fine, but the next day I heard another clerk give a guest an early check in with no fee charged.

The cleaning services. There was not clear communication regarding the cleaning of our room. When I requested cleaning, I was told my request was too late for the same day, that my room room would be cleaned the next day at 10. When it wasn’t cleaned the next day, I was told I had to make the request for cleaning every day by 8 am. It finally got cleaned when I made the request in the morning, before 8.

Breakfast was good. Proportional nutrition. Fresh fruit available, good protein. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room we had comes with futon which came in handily. Very satisfied with the overall service.

Bathroom sink counter not low enough for handicap room. Curtain and shade controls not labeled and confusing. Handheld shower head broken. Might have missed in description but no microwave.

Customer service was excellent. Very pleasant staff. Even though there a few issues we would stay there again.

I just didn’t like that my booking price didn’t match the total when I got to the hotel. I also didn’t like that I had to pay for parking after Paying so much to be at the hotel. Not cool. I also didn’t have a microwave in my room so I had to warm my food in the lobby. Still waiting for my. My $30 hold deposit. Idk if I would book again.

I didn't like that the hotel doesn't have staff clean the room everyday and requires a minimum of 4 days before someone cleans it, so I bought my own cleaning products. Also, they need to make sure that any hair on the bathroom floors and entry of room and in the shower are fully cleaned before arriving. I also didn't care for my view, although it's mainly the area. The tv and remote kept having issues and wasn't always functional and working properly. I couldn't always change channels and the guide wouldn't always work. Also, the lights in the room kept turning off if there was no movement in the room. I think there needs to be more garbage areas around the hotel and microwaves should also be available in the rooms as well. Pricey for what you get and rooms should be cleaned everyday.

Room was a little small, but was mostly clean when arrived, but coach needs some updating and is a little worn, and the shower and bathroom floors needed better cleaning and had some hair. Room temperature was mostly warm enough and there was a nice hair dryer provided and a clean refrigerator in the room. I also liked that they had a decent free breakfast every morning that included hot foods and that staff and hotel followed Covid regulations. Also, facilities are mostly kept clean and well-maintained. Location was safe, quiet, and convenient to everything.
