I think $15 per person for the cruise shuttle was excessive. since you advertise as airport/cruise port, it should be complimentary. The food at the restaurant was not quality. The salad was prepackaged and not worth $$ I paid for it.

The shower pressure was not good at all. and the rooms next to highway were loud at night. The cost of goodies and drinks were too expensive. I wish they would of had complimentary coffee through out the day and night not just for breakfast. You could get coffee but had to pay for it.

The location of the hotel was fabulous. Many restaurants and shopping to choose from all in walking distance.

As I mentioned, our flight was delayed, so we ended up arriving outside the hours of the free airport shuttle. It's understandable the shuttle wouldn't operate after midnight, but when I tried calling the number (three times) just to see if there could be the possibility of a shuttle, I was never able to get an answer. Fortunately someone was at the desk to greet us when we arrived to check in, but not sure, then, why no one answered the phone.

Needed a place to stay after flying into town the night before a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale, so the location and price point were right. Our flight was delayed so we got in even later and therefore only really stayed here a few hours, but it served its purpose to allow us to get some sleep and a decent breakfast in the morning before leaving.

The cost seemed too excessive for the location. We stayed on the beach at the Marriott in Fort Lauderdale for the same price with an ocean view.

no restaurant on premise but the Hyatt house across the street had a bar and small menu. Many restaurants were within walking distance.

Upon checking in 2 girls working we stood there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged a 3rd girl (very nice) came behind counter and took care of us. Other girls couldn’t say hi or someone will be right with you. But answered the phone in front of us. Checking out one guy there waited for a print out of our receipt for 15 minutes. Customer service needs to improve greatly. For breakfast they ran out of bacon and oatmeal an hour before serving time.

Didn't like that there was visible mold in the crevices of the shower and on some of the tile. Only stayed one night so didn't complain. The ac unit would not work properly. There is a self-manageable monitor in the living room that usually controls the room but did not change temperature when I shifted the temp on the monitor. However on the ac unit itself there were buttons that allowed changing temperature, even though it took a while to kick in. The door of the bathroom is too close to toilet..

The room was clean. The keycards worked The elevators worked great, no stalling or delays The breakfast was good. Wished they had pancakes or waffles tho, but the eggs and hashbrowns were good. The bed was comfortable and tv worked well. Location was close to many shopping options, stores, and food outlets

I didn't like having the sink outside of the bedroom. I didn't like the limited menu at the restaurant. We arrived hungry and had to go out for food. It was close to lots of restaurants, however.

I had absolutely no dislikes, everything was right up to standard

Breakfast was good, food was up to standard hot ! Staff replenished everything that ran out right away selection was adequate for both kids and adults I think it was well worth the price of what I had paid !
