We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

There was too much chlorine/ bleach in the pool. It actually bleached a swimsuit
The staff are excellent.Maya, at reception was excellent and resolved an issue without any fuss. The housekeeping lady, Maria, was a breath of fresh air. In fact the staff were helpful

I have no much to say. It’s actually good. But I can see there is no staff to assist to carry guests luggage’s or support them during coming in or out. I believe it is the setup as per hotel policy. However, be kind enough to arrange the staff to such facilities case to case basis. I saw some elder women were struggling to carry their bags to their rooms by their own.
Everything perfect except I think one staff that served me. I came to the hotel on 22nd early morning although I supposed to check in on 21st evening. The person was at the front desk was so unkind and rude. Rest of the staff were absolutely great and so kind. So the rating which I given was completely based on the first incident.

Exactly what you expect from a hotel airport. Was gonna buy a water bottle on my way out and the dude at the desk told me to just grab it for free.

The didn’t do the housekeeping any day, even noticing them. They brought just towels but didn’t make the bed.
The room was perfect. It’s true that the bathroom was a little bit strange because everything wasn’t together but it was fine. The airport is near, besides I think there is a shuttle service.

A bit scary getting hold of shuttle at night. Last one 11.45, but we tried to contact them at 11.00. My phone wouldn't work. Eventually found a free phone in Dulles airport to call for shuttle (wish I had known that before) but when I rang it, it went through to answerphone. Really nice airport staff guy let me use his phone, and then got through to a real person. Also room was cold initially. Took a while to heat up.
The hotel was good. Staff were really helpful and breakfast was excellent. Approx 15 mins walking distance to silver metro line, or daytime shuttle to airport.

It was a lively stay. Aside from breakfast. That breakfast was mediocre at best. It was a typical bad hotel breakfast. Cheap ingredients don't make a good breakfast. Nothing was good about that breakfast. Zero.

Neighborhood is pretty ghostly with lots of new housing but not many places to eat or spots to hang out. We were trying to kill time before a flight and couldn't find much.
Convenient to the airport and not far from a metro stop. Not ideal for access to DC proper but great for a stopover with a long lay-over. Comfortable beds. Nice full breakfast with hot food. Comfortable beds

The bed was too soft and the shower stall doors covered only 1/2 of the shower length which may lead to water escaping.
Location was good. We were unable to enjoy the breakfast which started an hour after our complimentary shuttle at 5am for a 7:30 am flight. It would be lovely if the hotel was able to provide complimentary boxed breakfasts in such an event.

Not much to complain about. There were some cleanliness issues in the room (stains on the carpet), but nothing more than "expected" for a hotel. (Never really up to par compared to your own home! ◡̈ )
My husband and I stayed here for four nights for our trip to DC. We enjoyed the location, and breakfast. The shuttle to the airport as well as the staff were great. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. We loved that the Metro was just a quick 5-minute walk away. Uber's also came quickly to the hotel. Loved the airport shuttle. The only negative was that the shuttle did not run when we arrived, so we had to Uber to the hotel, but it was reasonably priced for midnight. Shuttle runs every hour on the hour, so depending on when you leave you may need to be there earlier than expected, but that is worth it to me to save some $. All in all a very budget friendly hotel for enjoying the DC area!

Check in was bad. One person checking in a line of 4 people plus the guy checking in was a bit snappy with other people over incidental fees. Made it a little hostile but other than that I enjoyed my stay
