Very shocked at the poor quality and lack of choice in the breakfast options. The lack of variety for this level of hotel is what I’d expect at a motel. Cereal, hard breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, cold hard boiled eggs that looked old and bread options. No fresh cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, decent fruit, bagels… I went out for breakfast when i shouldn’t have had to. Coffee area, some random guy was coughing all over the coffee bar with no regard to covering his mouth, lacing the cups and coffee dispenser with germs. I passed on the coffee. The only thing I did try was the yogurt with a homemade berry compost, which was appealing and tasty. I got to try a little before all the kids started touching and breathing over everything.

Clean and secure access to rooms. No one could just walk in and get on an elevator. Property is surrounded by great variety of restaurants and quick access to highway.. great location

We had no ac the whole stay. Getting someone to look at the ac keep falling through the cracks between shifts.

Very clean and convenient to most everything we were doing. The free breakfast was pretty good most days. Everyday is something different.

The lighting in the room was off; there were 3 different colors of lights from the different lighting sources. 1 of the lamps kept flickering while I was using the desk to work. There was no microwave in my room so I had to use the one downstairs in the lobby. While I was in the gym the lights kept turning off; I assume they are motion-sensored, but where I was working out I wasn't triggering it. So I had to constantly move to that area to get them to turn back on. The pool was unusable because it was missing a part. I had to go upstairs to get the lobby cart (a staff member left both upstairs in a corner) so I could load up my things to take to my room. Need better breakfast options (better variety of cereal, thicker bacon, scrambled eggs etc.,)

I love the aesthetic of the hotel & my room. The room was spacious. I love the black out blinds!! It was quiet for the most part, so I was disturbed. Parking was easy to find. Lots of restaurants around. Hotel staff was nice; the lady at check-in made sure I knew the times for breakfast & correct way to enter the internet password; another staff member helped cut my wait time to check out short so I didn't have to wait in line. Gym had pretty much all of the equipment I needed to continue my workouts while away. I enjoyed the yogurt and granola for breakfast.

We stayed in room 421 .the mattress Need to be turned over it feels like a sink hole and it squeaks

. The location was good 10 minutes from family. Close to stores and places eat.i like that the house keeper came and clean every day.the hayatt place that I stayed at in South Carolina.in February they cleaned only once during my stay.

Coffee pot was out for most of the time I was there for breakfast. The staff person seemed to be uninterested in checking on everything. And when I greeted her she barely responded. Also, the front desk clerk when I checked in...I showed up and the front door did not open. So I hit a button that looked like a doorbell but there was no response. After some time the front desk clerk came to the door and with her own hands pushed open the automatic door saying, "the door is broken" and I said "and how was I to know that". She said "oh" Then she said "its freezing cold out". I agreed.

Location near restaurants was ideal for my time there. The room was extra roomy and comfortable. I loved the bed, pillows and the room set up. Very comfortable.

The breakfast is subpar, the meat choices are limited and the bacon is too greasy.

The location is great it's easy access to freeway. It's near many different restaurants.
