You can hear kids running up and down the hall, it needs some cosmetic work, and the bathroom needed cleaned better. The front desk staff needs to be more observant in the late afternoons and evening instead of sitting in the side room watching TV

The location of the property is very convenient to restaurants and things to do. Lawerence was a absolut jem and very nice and helpful when we checked in

There is no spa/hot tub at the hotel anymore. We were told that it had been filled in. Indoor pool was quite cold. The kids didn’t mind but was a no go for the grownups. Beds weren’t all that comfy but served their purpose for the most part.

Continental breakfast had a very nice selection, plenty of food and the area was kept neat and clean. Hotel staff was friendly, rooms were clean.

Halls smelled bad occasionally, but it was only in the hall (and outside the door by the parking lot), smell never entered the room. I recognized the dmell, but am not writing what it was.

The pool was small and a bit cold. I wish there was a microwave in the room. However, there is one on the property for use. I wish the shower had better water pressure. Despite this, I would stay again.

I loved the size of the room. It was perfect for my family of four. We had plenty of room. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The manager was very polite and professional. Breakfast was decent. They offered a variety of choices eggs, hashbrowns, hash, waffles, french toast, bagels, sausage, bacon, muffins, cereal, oatmeal packs, fruit, and yogurt. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Very close to King of Prussia Mall, Chop, many restaurants, Topp golf, and more.

We had an accessible room, and the shower was a handheld that had barely any pressure. The bathroom was freezing because there were no heat ducts in there.

I was told twice from the worker at the lobby that the pool was open just for me and my kids to be excited and walk down to the indoor pool and it was closed.the pool was a big part of why I picked this hotel they shouldn't give false info other then that we enjoyed our stay

The bathrooms could have been more updated and the water pressure was not great. Our refrigerator was also a little beat up. When I first arrived, I did have to clean up a small mess on the night stand and bed frame but it wasn't anything I reported to the main desk. It was a bummer that the restaurant no longer exists in the lobby. The hotel should take it off the website.

Easy check-in and check-out. Staff was wonderful. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It would also be nice if the room the pool was in had some heat.

Breakfast....a youth LAX and youth hockey tourney was in the area and the entire lobby/breakfast area was overwhelmed with 10 year old boys and their families.....no room for the rest of us
