We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Security and the set up for parking. Hot Breakfast options were not pleasing. Too fake and unhealthy.
The Management and Sales Team are awesome and attentive with great customer service. So great to deal with someone who has a good attitude and speaks to you with respect! A big Thank You to them!

The little refreshments area ran out of almost all soda by Thursday, our third day, and never restocked.

We booked because they have a pool. However there was no notice given that the pool was actually closed for remodeling on the site or even as we checked in. Also there was and old nail file between the towels in the bathroom, and the shrubs and grass near the alternate exits and entrances were in need of some care to have a clear path to and from the hotel.
On a whole the hotel staff were very nice and always available. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. It was a very quiet and relaxing environment. Their breakfast was delicious and much more than I had ever expected. The location to King of Prussia Mall was perfect.

Breakfast could be healthier
Very friendly and helpful staff, great room, clean, gym was nice. Good location. Next to King of Prussia Mall and 20min to Philadelphia city center. Would stay here again.

We only learned at arrival that the pool was no longer available due to “Covid restrictions” which I wish we would have known prior to arrival. It was a perk the kids were looking forward to.
the breakfast was great, the room was perfect and fit our needs wonderfully. Staff was pleasant and very welcoming.

No microwave in each room. Pool was drained. The Cable TV did not work. When I walked in the door to check in, one of your regular (drunk) customers asked me if I was the new general manager. Then he started to harass me about taking my COVID-19 mask off. To me it seemed like he was harassing me. Staff was there for the whole thing. I've never been treated like that at check-in. It wasn't good.
I liked how checkout was by NOON. The bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioner was excellent. I liked the shower. Hyatt breakfast is always good.

We have allergies to pets and the room had the smell of a pet in it and our allergies activated as soon as we walked in. They should really ask people if they have allergies to pets if pets are allowed and keep a section for no pets. We had to leave to get allergy medicine and it was hard sleeping until once the allergy meds kicked in. You could hear someone’s pet crying or whining all night. Also the parking in the back late at night was not too safe, there was ho cameras and random cars just sitting there. The reason we booked was for the pool thinking it would be open which only stated it was but it wasn’t which was something we are looking forward too.
Breakfast choices were good my kids liked the food, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was big enough and we all had somewhere to sleep comfortably.

No objections at all.
Kareema and Floyd were tremendously helpful at checkin. We desired a quiet room not affected by the nearby highway and they personally helped us find the ideal room for our stay! Thank you so much. Maintenance also promptly fixed the sink and replaced light bulbs too.

The room was small and I believe it said it had a kitchenette, but didn't even have a microwave. Ever since we stayed at the Residence Inn one year nothing has compared. Then breakfast wasn't the best. I myself didn't eat much but from what everyone was saying the sausage patties were like jerky and the links weren't that great either. There wasn't any bacon or a waffle maker.
It was cheaper, and close to the pool tournament at the Expo Center. At check in the desk worker was great. Staff was helpful.
