Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn't get no sleep or my 2yo. Was right by an elevator and heard people all morning early too...wasn't peaceful at all didn't get no rest. Then the bathroom was shower only had to bath my 2yo in the sink and could barely do that.

Would be great if the staff was able to correct the noise issues on the property. Both inside and out. But I guess it boils down to respect. Parents with children are not training properly. Again, respect for others. I thought $10 a day for registered guests was a little much.
Breakfast was fine. Good, but nothing special. Staff was courteous, attentive and knowledgeable.

Everything we're very nice at the hotel., I especially liked the cleanliness... I did not agree with the paying for parking when I already had paid a big amount for the the room also I was surprise the hotel did not except my AAA or senior discount... Otherwise great stay.

Seemed a little dated in lobby and rooms were okay. In the lobby there are 2 chairs as you walk in the fabric is stained and didn’t look appealing. The same for the general look of lobby. It seemed crowed with high tables etc. not inviting and a bit dirty feeling because of the quality of furniture stains etc first impression was this is a lower end Hyatt. When first got there at 2am I waited for about 5 min till someone showed up. I even called the number while standing there and heard the phone on the desk ringing. She apologized but said she was the only one there That happened the 2nd night when I went to the lobby regarding our room. I asked to be moved to a higher level because we were on the ground floor next to staff room etc. we were staying for 5 nights and felt we should have received a better room. I had booked the room on line so knew I was coming and we let them know late because of our flight The woman who worked the breakfast bar was great. Cleaning the whole time making sure it stayed full etc. I also didn’t like the styrofoam bowls and plates that we used. Seemed cheap like a picnic not a something in a nice hotel. Overall it was ok, dated, lack of staff, etc

At ck out time, I asked for an invoice for my stay. The lady at the front desk refused to give the invoice indicating that since I booked it through booking.com, I have to ask them!! I was surprised, so I asked the next person at the front desk, and he quickly printed one. Not good, not good.

Hotel needs new furniture in lobby and better and cleaner elevators.
Staff was amazing, the rooms and beds were very comfortable, loved having a mini kitchen with small refrigerator and microwave. Location was amazing close to everything and nice neighborhood. Would love property and furniture updated, a bit old and elevators and certain areas like lobby to be cleaner. Also loved the all inclusive breakfast not bad at all. Would stay again.

This time I arrived early hoping to watch my local football team on a network station and it was not available because of a fight between the network and your satellite provider. You `placed me in a room next to the ice machine that woke me up at 3:30 am. The breakfast was horrible.
I have stayed here before and like this property. The front desk staff has been very helpful.
