You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe staff seemed overworked with a feeling of frustration on their part. My take is that there is a management and training problem with the staff who seemed short handed. It seemed people had called in leaving front desk personnel working extra hours, etc. Three days we were there, the room was never visited by housekeeping to replenish coffee, tidy the bed, pick up towels, etc. I could give more examples but in short, for the money this Hyatt Place was not a good value!

United States of AmericaI didn't like that I had to pay $7 a day for parking. There was nothing special about their parking lot that warranted a daily parking fee (in my opinion). It wasn't like they had a patrol car of their own watching the cars that were on the lot. The police would drive by once in a while but that was it.
I liked the breakfast. The waffle was my favorite. The sausage was ok, but bacon would've been nice to have. The coffee was good, and the orange juice was fresh.

United States of AmericaThe beds are SO uncomfortable. They’re like laying on a rock. The tile in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the wood panels were chipped and not in good condition. We came into the room and i noticed what I thought was glass on the floor but it was come kind of confetti but it was all over the room. There was a basketball convention in town and the kids staying on our floor were pounding on the doors till 3am, and I called the desk twice and they did nothing.
The location was great! The staff was always very nice and accommodating. The rooms are large and spacious!

United States of AmericaPay parking for a regular lot without security was a little much for location not downtown. Facilities were well maintained well but a a bit old for example, the elevators. Also housekeeping didn’t stop by, even when we didn’t have the do not disturb door hanger on
Location was great, room was nice sized. Front Desk Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Breakfast was included, always smelled good; we always missed it due to family obligations away from the hotel.

Room was ready and clean. Hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was really good. It was very busy but they kept up with the refills very well. The bed was very comfortable only thing missing was there was not a bath tub.

United States of AmericaThe room was full of dog hair(and no we didn’t have a dog). We stayed three nights and four days and they never came to clean the room or give us clean towels. When we called for clean towels we were interrogated about when we got there? How long we were staying? Why we needed clean towels? And how many we needed? And of course they charged me for two nights on top of my booking.com reservation.

CanadaThe bathroom needs to be updated. Could used more garbage cans, as our room only had one which got full really quickly in 3 days. Coffee maker only had one regular coffee pkg, so 2 would be better.
The hotel was in a quiet location, easy to find,plus walking distance to local restaurants as well. Beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. Even with late check-in, we were able to get a drink from bar as it was closing.
