Amazing location, super clean rooms, helpful staff. However very strict with checkin time 3pm. Very close to metro stations, rooms very clean, breakfast was good. Room had safebox, hairdryer and coffee maker.

There was one minor inconvenience that I encountered. Unfortunately, my room was located near the elevator, and at times, I did notice some noise coming from it. Although it wasn't overly disruptive, it did occasionally disturb the peace and quiet of the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at HP, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better; it was conveniently situated near all the attractions I wanted to visit, making it easy for me to explore the area without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. The spread offered was not only delicious but also varied, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. It was the perfect way to start each day of my trip.

I would prefer if our room had a better view, for example onto the front road instead of the side of the building.

It's a comfortable hotel, it has the right things you can expect on that range of price in NY.

The room was vey comfortable and spacious. The bathroom too. We asked for a room with a view and the staff was gentle to satisfy us.

Breakfast was very busy every day we were there and you need to find yourself a table, somedays we cleared and cleaned the table too. However, we always managed to get one. We enjoyed the bacon breakfast the most yet we only had bacon once in four days.

Breakfast was a great start to the day, and a bonus being included in the rate, as New York is a very expensive city nowadays. Nothing fancy but good coffee, juice, toast, muffins, etc. The room was surprisingly small but spotlessly clean with a great view of downtown Manhattan and very comfortable bed. Great housekeeping! Really appreciated coming back to a cleaned room after a day out.

The elevators are a nightmare! Had to walk 33 floors because I waited over 15 min and they didn’t show up or came too full. During mornings the wait is very very annoying. Also breakfast is not good.

Noisy air conditioner.

Breakfast is a bit chaotic, no real flow in dining area. The lifts can be a bit busy, but there’s 45 floors and 4 lifts so do the maths. Not really a dislike more a suggestion, towels are changed daily. I would be happy to not have them automatically changed unless required. Save on washing and help environment.

The Hotel is close to Penn Station and 23St Subway. It is spotless, exceptionally clean. The view from our room was unbelievable. Room size was on par with European rooms.

The only frustrating part of this hotel is the elevators. They seem to have a mind of their own. Sometimes you can be left waiting a long time for your ride.

The front end staff are fantastic. Was meet with a smile and we were even able to check in early after arriving in the morning to job our bags off. This wasn’t expected but it was a pleasant surprise to be offered the chance to check in early. Thanks.

The elevator was fine until the last day when we had to wait over 15 minutes. Breakfast was very busy and even when you get a table the queue to the very narrow room was trying. The aircon in the room was extremely loud, too loud to sleep with. A strange buzzer sound started at 2 am one morning and repeated every 10 mins, not sure what this was?
