Shower temperature was a little inconsistent, but nothing too concerning. Noise levels weren't great but it was NYC so to be expected. Breakfast wasn't great and was far too crowded. Very basic food offered and very congested most of the time.

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay with the family in NYC. Great location, easy to find and quick check in and check out.

We got to the location early around 1:30pm and the staff took my email down to let me know when our room is ready as the check in time was 4PM , we left our luggages and went to get lunch and shop around the city , when we got back to the hotel around 4:30 pm the room was still not ready and we sat for another hour and 40 minutes until i went to ask again and it wasn't until i asked the third time that the manager made sure we got put into a room which was about 6:30pm.

I loved how we were able to walk to Time Square and that it was very close to a lot of things to do.

The elevators were a bit slow and the breakfast lines long.

The staff were extremely personable and welcoming. The hotel had a pleasant boutique feel. The breakfast had lots of yummy options. My room was very quiet.

The hotel was overcrowded, the lifts were too small for the number of people, which meant you often had to wait for a couple to pass by before there was room to get in. Breakfast was a zoo. It seemed like hundreds of people trying to get buffet food and somewhere to sit at the same time the quality was adequate. The lounge area was always overcrowded.

Accommodation was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially on reception and the concierge who organised our shuttle to the airport which was cheaper than a taxi which only carried the two of us and dropped us at our next hotel by the airport. Breakfast was plentiful. Convenient location for walking into the centre.

We booked two rooms for two and three. The room for three was not comfortable. Because it was too small. The room for two was enough space. Also, breakfast was not bad. However it was always crowded.

The room was very small, but maybe for Manhattan this is normal. Breakfast was not tasty and the same every day. The internet was good but limited. There was nowhere to hang clothes. All the crockery was disposable, made of plastic.

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean linen, cleaned every day. Plenty of places to eat nearby for all tastes and wallets. Small fridge in room and coffee machine, coffee, tea and water were replenished during each cleaning.
