Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Heater very noisy at times. Didn’t .like having to go to another floor to get ice. No amenities like body/hand lotion. Toilet paper kept falling off holder. Difficulty getting to hotel in the middle of the shopping center.
Breakfast was pretty good most days but weekend not as good. Loved the shower and comfortable bed.

We have stayed here twice and each time we have noticed that the air handler is just noisy.
Convenient location, great variety at breakfast, wonderful and kind staff. We much appreciated the effectiveness of the blackout curtain as well.

My towels hadn't been refreshed during my two night stay. I was surprised to return to my room after a long day to find my bath towels hadn't been refreshed.
Location, staff, continental breakfast were all fantastic.

Feathered pillows. Front desk staff mentioned when booking online request regular pillows
The location was perfect to stay for an after wedding event for us and my family. The room was very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. Would recommend to others.

The towels were tiny. We stayed two nights and after our first night, the room did not receive maid service. We assumed there would be replaced towels and the bed made but it was not. They do a good job with breakfast with the exception of the eggs. They resemble a bowl of yellow breadcrumbs, likely powdered eggs. We didn't care, but since you are asking, that is the truth. The location of a busy mall leaves a guest searching for a parking space which was in this case not great.
Staff very friendly and helpful, easy check-in and check-out. The room nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The building was nice, everything in good condition and functioning well.

There was a smell in the hallway. And I had asked for an early morning taxi. Although it appeared that staff was taking the info down, the next morning, there was no note or cab ready.
Location is great. Access to the shops and restaurants is a real bonus.

Everything. Just need to improve on breakfast choices.
The staff was professional. Absolutely wonderful. The hotel is in a great location. My room was beautiful. Comfortable for my family. I will definitely return. Especially if you offer lower rates and discounts. I'll be watching and waiting. It's perfect for a quick getaway. Just to relax for myself and my husband.

For traveller with car, easy parking inside the plaza is a key factor to choose this hotel. The breakfast is good to start journey everyday. We booked the room with sofa bed for four persons and pretty comfortable. shopping and eating are also convenient.

The only thing that we thought was "off" were the pancakes at breakfast - their consistency was almost crunchy. Not very appealing. Everythig else was very good.
Everything about our stay was very nice - room was comfortable, as was the bed. The bathroom was very nice. The staff was very helpful - check-in was exceptionally quick and easy.
