I didn't like about was the room they first gave to us. I booked it for ocean view but received streetview and after I pointed out, they gave us side ocean view and blaming on that I didn't booked direct.

It was good 👍 choice of food, drinks and available tables. Service was great.

While the breakfast served was quite tasty with a good variety, it didn't seem to change much day to day. When you're staying multiple days, some different choices would have been appreciated. Also, I'm not sure how others feel but it's not always easy to get down to the dining area by 9:30am. I little later would have been nice. Also, while we were aware that this hotel does not have a hot tub, it would be a nice addition.

The location was great as far as accessing the boardwalk. Also, several good restaurants within walking distance. The staff was pleasant & helpful. We had an oceanfront room with a fantastic view.

Unfortunately (not sure if it was because it was part of an adjoining room) we heard EVERYTHING from our neighbors...which wasn't always plesant...especially at 4 am!

Amanda, Chad, and Francine are WONDERFUL! They should provide the customer service training for all of the hotels! There was ALWAYS a "can do" how can I make it better" approach to their engagement with guests, both on the phone and in person. The view (room 208) was perfect!

We didn’t get a channel book for the TV, no microwave and no big trash can. We only had a small trash can in the bathroom for everything. We wish the indoor pool was a bit bigger, not much room for people to get a chance to get in, can get crowded with only a few people in there.

The facility is very clean and comforting. The staff is great, awesome views of the ocean and rooms are just the right size. Everyone is nice and respectful. It was busy when we stayed but quiet which was very nice.

I struggled to park the car before check-in; there was no space in the covered space, and I had no idea where to park, as the check-in desk was not on the ground floor and there was no staff.

Refrigerator didn’t work, spoke to staff who did nothing and told me it was not a refrigerator. My dog’s food was bad at the end. Ask for toothbrush and told to go to CVS. Ask for extra blanket and never brought it to my room do I had to go down to the front desk and ask for it again

I requested a room facing the ocean. That did not happen. I was told that by going through a third party, they must not have known what to do. When the gentleman tried to rectify the oversight, he said that I had to pay additional due to cost increases. I did not appreciate this, and stayed in the room with little view of the ocean. We were looking forward to the ocean view and paid for it way in advance. Very disappointed.

Breakfast was outstanding. Tables were at a premium.

Refrigerator did not work (it was replaced in a timely manner) and had to request a microwave (thought it was included vs ask for one). Breakfast was only just ok, eggs were nasty.

The Hyatt is a little on the expensive side, but I love the location and the staff is always polite and professional. The breakfast is yummy. I wish they had a little more variety. Staying 4 days and eating the same breakfast everyday is not that exciting. But, the food was hot and the breakfast staff member was very nice. The room was clean.
