The breakfast was ok, the pancakes and waffles were cold and chewy. Other than that, everything else was great! No other complaints at all.

United States of America3 Reviews“2nd Time the charm @ the Hyatt”I think the cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to details .The sink drainage..needs a through clean..The dirt build up was a little gross to see while brushing teeth..Along the shower as well..I do understand your hotel is super busy and it's probably a quick clean..however those details are important..Lastly the douval is not encased..I recommend changing it each customer...Who cares what anyone else does you're the Hyatt..Other than just those few recommendations I would definitely go back.
Great fiacility.. I loved your front desk staf.. Mr Lennon was my favorite.. He remembered who I was, greeted me by my name whenever he saw me. That was extra special.. Excellent customer service .I got my Ocean view this time.. It was beautiful

United States of America1 reviewExceptionalFor some unknown reason, our room kept getting skipped for cleaning. Instead of every other day we only had 1 cleaning with a 7 day stay. The staff were accommodating and got us what we needed until it could be cleaned.
The breakfast buffet was great! We didn't need a rental car. everything was within walking distance. we took an Uber for airport transportation. The views from our room were beautiful. The staff were very friendly. The on-site restaurant was very good as well.

Everyone had to go out front in their pajamas. It was a bag of popcorn that was in the lobby Microwave that sat off the alarm. Things happen but didn’t expect to have to care for an older man that feel on his head and bleeding. I hope he and his wife are doing well.
The breakfast was great! Perfect location! The staff was very helpful.

The lazy river and pool options were great for the double red flags we arrived to. The breakfast was great, lots of options. Location was great!
