One thing I would like is a microwave in the rooms, instead of one in the lobby.

I loved the beach access and accessibility to the shopping area and activities in Pier Park. The cleanliness and timely manner of staff was also very well appreciated.

While overall the breakfast was good, some things were subpar like the sausage links.

The location and design of the hotel was amazing! It’s easy access to the beach with beautiful rooms and amenities, plus a parking garage right across the street. The staff was super friendly as well!

My kids really enjoyed the heated pool with attached lazy river. I absolutely enjoyed the continental breakfast. I appreciate that it was until 10am giving us a little more time to rest. The view of the ocean from my own balcony was exactly what I needed. I love that the elevator was key card only. It can get scary when traveling alone with young children. That was definitely a safety feature I hope more hotels implement.

When we first checked in the front staff didn’t give clear directions on how to use the luggage carts. I had a pregnant friend who was as so frustrated and help wasn’t offered until after they noticed she was expecting.

The location and room were so great here. We also really enjoyed the restaurant. We ate there more frequently than we expected because the dishes were great!

Parking across the street with no walkthrough tunnel. If it's raining it's very unfortunate to walk so far to your vehicle.

There were so many guest there with dogs. I understand the love people have for their pets but, not everyone likes dogs. The floor I stayed on had dogs barking all the time and I also ran into a few people who dogs seemed to be aggressive toward strangers. One tried to leap toward us and growled and barked loudly at my husband an I as we were walking to the elevators. This is an extremely nice hotel and we asked the front desk if animals were allowed on every floor and we were told yes. I think this should be changed. As a guest spending money I should be able to enjoy a floor without animals

Across the street parking and having to watch for traffic. An overhead pass that crosses the street would make this property a 10! The parking deck is a little scary when it’s dark.

When we first arrive ..yall need someone in front organizing the traffic to take off luggage…Some people were blocking the flow and leaving car unattended to check in their room and caused a traffic jam..

Wish parking was a little closer but looking at the property the aren’t many options. The parking is a small price to pay for the great accommodations.
