Supposedly it will be removed soon. Parking was $26/night, which always bothers me. At least it was not valet; in and out was easy.
New hotel, convenient location, user friendly, pleasant staff, quick elevator, great breakfast 😋

This was not the ‘carefully curated’ breakfast which the hotel happily promises and promotes. Hyatt should be ashamed of what was offered at the breakfast buffet : solid eggs, bacon dust, sausages which had seen better days, a poor display of cereals, fruit and yoghurt and cheap bread stuffs : all served on plastic plates at lobby tables : it was uncomfortable and the dreadful food from the bottom end of food budget.
Decent hotel well situated in Pasadena with good, secure albeit expensive parking. Our check in was very efficient and they happily stored our bag securely at our early arrival and after check out. A special mention to Chris : the happiest, most polite and efficient front desk staff member I can ever remember : thank you Chris!

Quiet & Safety : It's fairly quiet at night and the area feels safe. Overall deco, look and feel and room amenities is your typical Hyatt, which is good. Breakfast has a variety of hot food available.

So many people sitting around waiting for service and wondering what was going on. When asked they vaguely mentioned Covid issues? It would have been lovely to be able to get a snack and a cocktail in the later evenings but sadly was not available.
Friendly staff in a great location. Very walkable to shopping and restaurants. The room was stark but comfortable. Sparkling clean!

The location is superb, walking distance to Old Town restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is well designed and the restaurant/ bar was nice. Free hot breakfast was very good, lots of options.
