Room would of done had more cleaning details such as bathroom especially in the shower, had a few mold spots. Ceiling of the room had a few water spots.

I think the price for the room was outrageous. There was five of us we chose your hotel because it was close to the airport so we could be shuttled. We were told it’d be better if we just walk and push our own stuff over there and since there was five of us we were counting on the sofa bed when we opened the sofa bed, it was completely broke, the mattress was coming apart. The part that is hooked to the frame was broke off from the frame. The mattress was falling through. No one could sleep on it and we have the manager come up and look at it and ask if we could just sleep on the better half of it Instead of giving us a different room or a discounted rate. We just had to fold the bed back up and sleep on the couch. I will be coming back to the Pensacola area and I have talked with other people and they want to come to the Pensacola area but no we will not be staying at the Hyatt anymore. We thought the Hyatt would be a good hotel and the only thing good about it was it did have a good breakfast.

Check in tool 30 min . No line . Charged multiple times as the rep swiped my card over and over and told me it was being declined . I simply opened up my online banking and showed them that the chargers were being deducted from my account . He told me they would be cleared and only on hold . He.swiper my AE card 2x . I visually watched the card reader show approved before he claimed it was declined and swiped it again . Since IA am on a cruise, I will not be able to verify until my return . Made a very stressful start of what is a beautiful vacation.

Ideal location to the airport. Hyatt in name only- having stayed in many Hyatts over the years their check in staff were the rudest and most incompetent I have experienced.

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking and very close to Cordova shopping mall and several dinning options. Very short walk to Pensacola airport. Great for very late arrivals or early departures.

The AC was really loud every time it kicked on and the pool was freezing cold and little things just kept falling apart as soon as you touched it inside of the hotel room. For example, the toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall.

The room was not ready when we arrived. Staff offered a king room which would put our kids on the pull out bed. It was really inconvenient from traveling 3 hours and we arrived after 4 pm.

We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and it was freezing. Almost too cold to swim at all. The rooms was comfortable but pretty beat up and not very clean.

The breakfast was excellent, huge selection with hot fresh options. the location was great by the airport and mall but wasn’t too loud. Nice to have a bar in the lobby.

Basic t.v. couldn't use Hulu , Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc.. No microwave in room. And the provided coffee supplies (creamer was so bad that the creamer packet actually said "whitener") bathroom essentials (actually body wash was empty)were WELL BELOW PAR for the prices paid for this room in my opinion...

Very comfy bed, room had sofa and leg rest.. shower was a little bigger than most but smaller than I was expecting..key cards actually worked for whole trip 😅

The first room I was in had an issue. It made me and my 2 daughters very uncomfortable and upset. However, when I went downstairs and expressed my concerns to the staff they moved quickly without any questions moving us to a more comfortable and acceptable room. The staff was really awesome.

The location was great. I was within 10 miles of everything I needed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very satisfying.

The tv has two remotes but no instructions on which to use. Every time i have stayed i have had problems with the tv. It would be so simple to add a small card with instructions.

Hairs in sink like a man had just shaved. Beds were not comfortable. Pool area had a creepy vibe & no towels. And some heathen took their fake nails off and left them on table by pool. Unbelievable. Food in diner (dinner) was ungodly expensive. I bought dinner for the 4 of us for what they wanted for a burger.

Breakfast was great! Customer service at front desk was great! John was new but he was so friendly and helpful! Daughter had a blast in pool. Main reason we stayed there. Traveling thru to Jacksonville. Room set up was cool. We were literally right next to airport but surprisingly didn’t hear a thing! Like the bar. And available snacks/drinks available to purchase.
