No microwaves in the rooms, no bathtub, pool was closed down. No hot tub.

Staff were friendly, great breakfast. Close to sports complex, dining and shopping. Felt safe.

Breakfast area is messy if you come later in the a.m. (and not coming out fast enough for all the people who are eating). I'm also not a fan of everyone being able to touch the communal food, utensils, etc - but that’s par for the course when it comes to free hotel breakfast. Didn't like the food that I ordered at night. The front desk staff had to make it - under cooked (rushing maybe) and over salted. Cheap ingredients. The sofa in the room and some surfaces were a little dusty. I thought the shower was dirty, but turns out there are hard stains on the glass.

The manager or assistant manager, David, went out of his way to ensure that may needs were met and I was happy - especially after having shared some concerns with my room and the breakfast. I wasn't pleased with the cleanliness of the shower, and he even tried to clean it himself. Ended up getting a different room that was slightly better.

Unfortunately, through no fault of the hotel, the weather was cold and damp so we were unable to explore the area as we might have.

The hotel and the staff were great, and breakfast was all we could ask for. The surroundings, however, were less than we expected.

Parking lot was completely full. The person doing check-ins was also the bartender, and I believe maybe the cook. Might be too much at times. Food, alchohol choices were limited and sometimes not available.

The room thermostat was a bit tricky to adjust for a comfortable night sleep. We needed to experiment with it after the first night to get the room temp just right. It was in the 30’s at night when we stayed which is not very often so maybe that was the issue.

Perfect location, plenty of free parking, very clean facility, and the breakfast area and food choice & quality was definitely one of the better self-service breakfast experiences I’ve had in comparison to many other hotels I’ve stayed in the past year or so. The rooms/beds were comfortable and clean as well and the staff very friendly and helpful. There was also a full service bar, albeit small, just adjacent the reception desk with a daily M-F happy hour. I would definitely book it again when back in Gilbert, Az.

We found some belongings from the previous guests on the floor behind the bathroom door. Otherwise, the room was very clean.

Friendly, helpful staff. King room was well designed with a desk, microwave, mini-fridge (no freezer) and coffee maker in one area, big sofa and TV in another, and bed area behind a frosted glass privacy partition. Lots of tidy nooks to stow belongings. Window shades were great - with a choice of room darkening shade or privacy shade that let in some light. Terrific breakfast choices including scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, oatmeal, and fresh fruit.

The bathroom was a little tight. It was hard to close the door without stepping back a ways. The door was too close to the toilet.

The buffet could have been better. The first day I went down right when the buffet was about over. The staff were picking up items not even being polite and giving those of us who just showed a chance to grab an item or two. The second morning was Saturday. I got down there at 0930, 30 minutes before the buffet was over. Many items had run out and were not being replaced. I pointed out to one of the staff members there were no more glasses for the juice. I used a coffee cup. She later came up to me where I was eating to tell me there were no more glasses, not even to wash, as other guests had taken them. I felt that information was something I did not need to know! For such a nice hotel at a premium price the buffet also had very few items.

The room was very comfortable with good linens and a variety of pillows. Easy to control the temperature of the room.

The room had 1 worn lumpy mattress , stains on carpet and sofa area was filthy underneath . The free breakfast was fine but had limited seating because when others were finished they wouldn't vacate the area . Maybe a politeness sign is required .

Major: Toilet was clogged (overflowed when flushed) in Room 301 when we checked into our room. Was corrected by maintenance - but after an extremely long trip...not a pleasant wait. Minor: Room service trash left in the hallway...should be policed up by staff more often. Minor: Infused water is a nice touch, but was often empty with no cups or no ice. Best to refresh more often.

King with Sofa room was great. Breakfast was awesome - great food and selections with a personal touch. Your kitchen staff is so nice, friendly, conscientious, and efficient!

No complimentary water bottles. Rooms need some TLC. Not the cleanest. Pillows were yellowing, blind was broken. Room just felt tired. Breakfast was also not good.

The hotel’s check-in systems were “down” during most of my stay (as well as the internet) and all guests had to be accompanied to our rooms and let in by staff. The staff were very accommodating about this though and acknowledged the issue and dealt with it.

The staff were very helpful. It was located conveniently to where I needed to be. The area seems very safe. The rooms were very clean and updated.

The internet was out because of a problem on the internet provider’s part. The keys didn’t work and the staff were very accommodating in escorting to our rooms and opening the doors for us. They really had their hands full. They were all pleasant and professional. Thanks for a job well done.

Bright light large rooms, lobby, limited but good menu and bar. Great relationship with next door hotel - could use their guest laundry and pool when Hyatt’s pool was serviced. Terrific front desk staff!

Nothing specifically about the property just the fact that the downstairs tenant below would decide to smoke in their bathroom and the smell would rise to ours and stink up the whole room with the smell and fumes
