Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We really like this property and the staff but the breakfast not so much. We ended up going out to eat, but found a restaurant that was amazing called snooze.
It was a great location for us. We got to go everywhere we wanted to go and everything was easy to get to.

Everything was great.
Beautifully maintained hotel with wonderful pool area. Breakfast area was clean and had plenty of tables inside and outside. Most importantly, the room was large. We loved the sofa to relax on at the end of the day AND the super comfy bed.

The pillows could have been better and possibly 1 more towel in our room.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt and would definitely stay again! The breakfast was amazing and the pool was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. throughout our visit.

A little loud sometimes. No Belgian waffles? Not sure if there was anything wrong with this hotel as it may not as luxurious some top tier hotels but perfect for most families, groups and singles.
Breakfast was just continental but sufficient and included in the cost of the room. The very large eating area was packed with customers every morning. There is a bar with wine, beer and hard liquor. Nice Pool area with shade, lounges, tables & chairs. Large rooms well appointed. A good homey feel about the whole facility that others also shared. Centrally located in the Phoenix area. Excellent baked goods and other eatables for sale.

No pancakes at breakfast. That's the only bad thing I've got to say about this place.
Reception was super friendly and helpful in providing all the initial information at check-in. The breakfast was great! Just missing pancakes maker. Lots of seating area. Swimming pool looks fun. Filtered water available for us to refill our bottles before hitting the road. Nice suites/rooms!

The pool was great. There were lots of seats to enjoy the sun. We were able to do laundry during our stay. The breakfast area was big and there were lots of food options. We were able to spent time in the evenings in that area playing cards or just socializing.
The gym area was nice. There was a rule though that wasn’t kept will for no kids under 16 in the gym. Kid kept running in and messing around on equipment and leaving weights out.

Location had shopping right near, close to freeway access, friendly staff, hot breakfast included and choices were varied every day, staff answered questions, provided pool towels, pool was heated and cleaned after weather brought leaves into it. Overall, this was a great stay. Even was able to checkin early as we had an early flight arrival.

Although the breakfast was good, it would have been nice if it was ready when they were supposed to be open. Coffee available in the lobby around the clock would be nice for those of us who stay on EDST.
The location was perfect for us with many restaurants within walking distance. We felt safe in the area as well. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. The breakfast was very good every day and they kept the dining area clean. Coffee was good which is a hug plus! Internet was fast enough for me to work during part of our stay. We needed to extend our day and Leslie at the front desk made it possible for us to stay in our same room which was extremely helpful for us!
