You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was no towels period, I don’t understand how there wasn’t any towels in the hotel.
I love the place, its location is beautiful and conveniently around everything.

Breakfast service availability could be improved.
Coffee machine was good. There are no coffee machines in the room available. Continental Breakfast meals were not available at 8am.

Front desk staff wrote down my room number on a scrap of paper, then proceeded to say out LOUD what my room number was. There were several people in the immediate area at the time. Staff should never say out loud - a guest's room number, for safety reasons! That, and the beds were very hard...

Was told that there was a breakfast in the morning. Only thing was a coffee machine, which ran out out of coffee, and when asked about breakfast, the morning staff brought out about 6-8 muffins and sport bars. Very disappointed about this

Only 1 elevator working. Had to ask for a TV remote and hair dryer, none in room. Had to get box of kitchenware, not in room. Didn't make it to breakfast but only grab bag anyway. Expected more. Luckily brought something I could eat for breakfast. Guess I'll read info better next time.
Liked cost. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean.

First, they was an unusual odour in the hallways, almost musty smelling. Second, the "free breakfast"was just coffee, nothing else. When I inquired about getting something to eat, I was told that nothing was available. They had packages of quick oatmeal but no paper bowls or hot water. Very disappointed.
The room itself was fine. Large, comfortable and with plenty of amenities.

The pool was unavailable. We travel with our kids so this would have been nice to know beforehand. Also, the carpets in the hallway had stains on them. The sink is outside of the bathroom which bothered me. The bathroom itself is extremely small. The covers on the light switch was busted. It seemed outdated.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great. It's near many shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows.

Would have been nice to know the hotel was under construction/ remodel before booking. Room was nice and big but smelled of paint. Sink was installed but didn't work. Didn't have a remote for TV, and breakfast was super small compared to the description on the internet. Also because of remodel..no phone in the room but it was a nice big room that was clean.

There was dirt in every corner of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable but I tripped on electrical cable and capped off wires every day beside the bed. Tried to push the cable under the ac unit but was unable to. There was only one cup and one set of towels in the room. We had to go out to desk to ask for those items plus a blanket since there was no blanket on the bed. Breakfast consisted of a granola bar ar 0800. Everything else was all gone.

It wasn’t that clean. We had a suite w six of us but they only gave us two towels and no blankets or sheets for the pullout couch. We had to go down to get them.

One elevator wasn't working and the second one only went to the fourth floor. We didn't have any disposable cups or glasses in our room.

The door handle on the inside of the door wasn’t secure to the door, as we were leaving the room the handle just slipped off, the shower wasn’t clean that well, there was something red splattered on the shower walls, I didn’t know if it was hair dye or blood, the complimentary breakfast was the worst ever.

Only one elevator (of two) was operational and the hotel was booked solid. The "breakfast" was not good at all. There appears to be a nice space that was designed for a decent breakfast, but they only had a few items like coffee, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs...overall very disappointing.
The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and kind.
