To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great location for restaurants and shops, all walking distance. The room was spacious and the facilities were clean with ample parking. Breakfast offered high quality healthy choices, excellent!

Breakfast was great to start your day. Lots of options. They do have a heated pool, but we didn't take advantage of it. Next time.

United States of AmericaThe pool and hot tub were outdoor, although heated, it was also really dirty looking. Like it needs a good hard scrub to get the muck off. So we opted not to get in. Also, the parking issue - no parking at all on the streets. You have to pay to use their parking garage that is not connected to the hotel.
I liked that the hotel is modern and has a boutique vibe in the lobby and restaurant/amenities.

United States of AmericaWe literally had no idea where to park. There weren't any instructions on what we needed to do to check in. We even drove around the block a few times before someone said to just pull in and go ask. That wasn't the smoothest, but we figured it out. Once we did that, it was fine. The young man at the desk recommended a Mexican restaurant, just a few minutes away. I understand that it was a Sunday evening, but their service was SLOW and choppy, and it was a dirty place. We wouldn't go back there.
Not only did this hotel have the best breakfast options available, but the hot food was hot and the cold food, cold. I can't recall another hotel that can offer that! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in was easy. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

This property is very comfy and clean. We love staying at the Hyatt Place. The sitting room is terrific for having more space. The beds are always perfect.
