Booked a double Queen room and unfortunately they gave room away in error. So had to sleep on a sofa bed for @ $400 a night, however, after talking to one of the night staff regarding their error; by the next morning they gave us discount once the manager arrived that morning. Hotel lobby was bring remodeled so it was chaotic. I stayed there numerous times at a lower nightly rate prior to their remodel construction so why would they charge almost double their rate during construction? I guess greed because there was a school scholarship event and they knew families had limited hotels to choose from. They are updating lobby but rooms needs new carpeting. I don’t blame hotel staff for the inconvenience they only can do so much when corporate makes their decision.

The hotel manager was understanding upon the hotel error.

The accommodations are a little worn, but I understand a remodel is planned later this year.

Although the hotel is older, the place is really clean. The staff is warm and friendly - especially Sue. Location is great, near the mall and I80. Great place to stay!

I wish the hot tub was open just a little later so that we could have used it.

the two beds and the pull out couch gave us plenty of room. It was nice and clean and upkept, and the bathroom had a good size and allowed pets and even had pet bag, pet free meal, that was really nice. The bed was comfortable, and clean and nice. I like the little fridge, countertop, the little table and coffee table. The items in the room were great. The mall was close, there are many places to eat around there, there is a place for kids with games and things right around the corner, plenty to do and see in the area, Sam's Club nearby and Costco is across the street, the area was very safe, nice and clean. Would stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean, free parking, very close to good restaurants, free breakfast had a good assortment of options and there is a little cafe for drinks and food to purchase. Easy to get too.

The breakfast area could have been better cleaned up during service. The pancakes were not great and they ran out of the donut holes mid service. We also could have used another roll of toilet paper in the room. We had one and one half rolls and since it was the economy type paper, it ran out pretty quickly.

The donut holes were actually were great. We made breakfast tacos and they were perfect.

The bed was somewhat lumpy and the sheets wrinkled upon our arrival.

The location was good but due to construction on the access road, difficult for walking. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful. It would have been nice to have soap in the room with the sink, though when asked the staff provided us with some. The breakfast was mediocre. I appreciated being able to purchase Starbucks drinks.

A microwave would've been nice. Also, I was a little disappointed when I tried to order some food that was displayed on a menu right inside the little café area and was told they couldn't make half of the items listed because the fryer was broken....So it made absolutely no sense to me to advertise them. There was also this nice little seating area I noticed when walking outside, but it appeared to be closed off. Would've loved to hang out there for a bit.

Really nice room, bed sheets were clean, good water pressure in shower. Loved that there was a fridge. Front desk staff was always pleasant each time I went down, and I liked how they had Starbucks options and a bar. I'm not a breakfast person so I didn't partake in the complimentary breakfast, but it looked decent. Plenty of free parking, and I also loved that there were a few restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Sink for bathroom was across from the bed and not in the bathroom. Small closet space for luggage

Ck'd in after midnight coming from a concert nearby. We mainly used the space to unwind and sleep for the night. Space was great size and comfortable. Staff was really nice.

The room was clean and updated; no mold or old comforters and it didn't smell musty like some cheaper places. I trust the Hyatt brand. The bathroom and toilet was clean. Overall great experience with friendly personnel. This was my second visit to this hotel as we have family nearby that we were visiting. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you for the great quality and good people!
