Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A bit of airplane noise, which is expected, being next to the airport. I was also disappointed that the shuttle drivers did not wear seat belts. Is it state law? Company policy? I don’t want to worry about the driver flying through the windshield in an accident. They were very competent drivers, but not everyone on the road is a careful driver.
Great location next to the airport. Easy shuttle ride. Surprisingly good food, since it doesn’t have a true restaurant on site.

There were some rocks on the carpet near the bathroom that were NOT from my shoes as I was wearing very flat soles. The shuttle isn’t very reliable as I thought I’d have plenty time to catch my flight, but it went around other hotels to pick people up. That delayed me and made almost miss my flight. I should have called an Uber for $20.
Bed is comfy, room temp was ideal and location is good.

They do not answer their emails. I've sent several and I've received no answer. When I called to double check about the check in after midnight I was told my room will be given away if I don't arrive before 2 am and I will be charged $60 if I wanna stay with them. We arrived just before 2 am but that no show rule is not written anywhere on booking. Also, my receipt never made it to my email address.
Jan. 2024 We only stayed for one night. The free transfer from the airport worked. We missed it as we were arriving at the meeting spot and had to wait for it 20-30 minutes. It was 1 am. The bed was comfy, the included breakfast is decent.

I didn’t like that there was no jacuzzi, that’s was actually really disappointing because I was really looking forward to it also since I put on a bathing suit just to sit on the chairs and watch my kids swim when I rather be enjoying the hot tub.
The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were nice and I love that there’s a sofa bed in addition to already having two queen beds.

The bathroom was kind of dark and the furniture a little outdated.
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and I got a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was good, better than I expected, with a nice variety of items. They also had a hot chocolate bar that was available all day. It was a nice thing to have on a cold night.

I did not find anything that was not great.
Convenient to Airport. Extremely clean. Entire staff attentive. Breakfast was not the run of the mill buffet. It was a great hit breakfast and well worth the stay there

The lights in my bathroom didn't immediately come on, like they were broken. The TV wasn't working, which wasn't the biggest deal because I had to head to the airport early, but it would have been nice for a little bit in the background. I really didn't want to deal with that.
The staff was friendly, and the airport shuttle was convenient and easy to get on and off. The room was a little cold but overall cozy. I liked that they had free breakfast even if I did have to miss it because of an early flight.

Lotion is a missing amenity, which I would have liked.
The size of the room was great; the pillows and mattress very comfortable. I also like that the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are in the shower in dispensers ~ no more tiny bottles. It seems like that saves on waste.
