I did feel a bit uncomfortable that the window shield wasn't thick enough that people on the street could see inside (maybe my silhouette). But just a very minor issue. Overall I was happy with my stay.
The room was immaculate, and the showerhead with a hose attachment was very convenient. The breakfast surpassed my expectations, with a good variety and selection of delicious items. The staff were friendly and helpful. An excellent stay!

Everything was wonderful! Sincerely the best staff we have encountered. It was our first time to San Francisco and they were so helpful. Showed us how to use the Muni app for transport, always so welcoming each time we crossed paths. The breakfast had a great selection, clean, comfortable and d staff tended to it so often. When we needed the car they were always more than willing to walk us to it. I would stay here every time I ever make it back to SF

Excellent location, about a quick 5 minute walk to Oracle Park for Giants games. We stayed here last year as well. Safe, convenient parking garage across the street. Tip: of you are coming for a baseball game, come the day before on a non-game day and you pay just $30 for parking as opposed to $80-90 on game days. Free breakfast down by the lobby and there is a bar as well. A rooftop restaurant and bar is also a nice touch. Staff was very friendly.

It would be nice to know ahead of time there was basically zero parking. Then the place they recommended was also out of parking. Took at least 45 mins to find parking that we couldn’t even park at overnight.

Excellent location, facilities and staff I especially appreciate having blueberries for breakfast as I am vegetarian. Oracle was a not even a block away, it’s across the street from on the other side. Chase Center was about 16min safe walking distance.

Breakfast was lovely. We liked the location for visiting the Chase Centre and being away from the touristy parts. Friendly staff. The roof terrace was nice.

Breakfast - since we stayed for 10 days, it was repetitive despite minor changes every day. However, the preparation and fruit options (esp the berries) were very good. Staff were outstanding and service oriented - very helpful and friendly
