We arrived at the hotel at 10 PM and proceeded to take our luggage out of the vehicle. We were greeted by a valet. I told him I won't be using valet services. The valet insisted that it was required to use the valet, that we would be charged whether we used the valet or not, and that overnight street parking was illegal. He also stated that people have been observed looking into the parked vehicles, suggesting possible criminal intent. There are no signs indicating that parking is unlawful at any time around the hotel. Many other vehicles were parked outside as well. As I walked inside to the front desk to inquire about this policy, the valet proclaimed that I had to move my vehicle within 10 minutes. The attendant at the desk also stated that overnight street parking was illegal, per town ordinance. I insisted that I will not pay for valet, a service that I will not be using, and that I will be parking on public streets. Booking advertised the hotel as not having any parking at all and not mentioning a required valet fee of $25.99 plus tax per day whether it is used or not. The attendant "did me a favor" and did not charge for valet at all. I safely parked on the street for my five day stay, without incident. Anyone who experienced this similar interaction should demand a refund.

The room was pretty large in size. The hotel is brand new.

Not that we didn’t like it, but…. just wondering why only Spanish music was playing with in hotel and by the pool? Would have liked a variety of music playing.

Close to the beach Publix and the peir for fishing or boat tours all in walking distance only had to use our car to go to the town

We liked it all.

Breakfast was lovely. Staff were always helpful and attentive. The room was serviced each day which is unusual these days. Valet service was good. No complaints we would go again

The menu was limited for vegan and vegetarian options.

The location was excellent! I have severe food allergies and the wait staff and chef worked with me on creating a meal that would work for me!

There is no free parking, as a matter of fact there is no place to park at all, we were told to either "find parking on the street or valet", which I think it's ridiculous, we travel regularly and there is always self parking at the hotels. This is poor planning. The rooms are noisy, there it was always a noise in the room similar to when there is not enough insulation and you hear the people next door using the bathroom for showers, etc, except the noise came from the side of the room where there it was no bathroom, another noise was from when we think tje AC kicked on, not sure what it sounded like. Again, poor building design and planing. Now, the elevators, there are 3, which are not enough in the late afternoon/early evening when people are trying to reach the upstairs restaurant/bar. We ended up taking the stairs to the 3rd floor twice.

The hotel is new, clean, service was excellent. We didn't try the restaurant or the bar at the top, but the breakfast was excellent with a great variety.

$25 @ night parking fee is outrageous...$3 for a bottle of Aquafina...$15 for 5 roasted oysters that should have never been served due to the small size

It seems that breakfast facilities are limited for the hotel capacity. The neverending corridors to reach our room, that was far from the only set of elevators .

The location near beaches, the spacious and comfortable room, the facilities of the hotel with a large pool and a terrace bar. The helpful staff and good breakfast.

Unfortunately the elevator was not working but that happens. They seem to have gotten it fixed quickly. There really wasn’t anything negative about my stay.

Most importantly this place looked and felt very clean. Staff was very nice from valet staff to front desk to cleaning staff. Breakfast was great with several options. I loved the location as well and the Art Deco style. So close to the beach and to the historic downtown. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom and room was updated and clean. Rooms are very spacious.
