Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The single sink area outside the toilet/shower was crowded. Not enough room to hang toiletry bags.
The building felt brand new, no signs of aging that you get in older places. Nice sized room with couch that folds out to a queen bed - which we didn't need, but the couch was a nice touch. Bathroom was oversized, with toilet and walk in tiled shower not the usual bathtub shower/curtain. Breakfast was great - lots of choices.

It was all great. Would have blown the experience outta the park if the pool and spa were indoors.
Loved the enormous size of the room. Super spacious. Breakfast was great. My kids loved the hotel and didn't want to leave. The pool and spa were awesome!

Would not want a room facing the pool, it's very popular! Room did NOT have microwave, would've liked a microwave to heat up our water for our tea and broth:(
So much room! Everything that you could ask for was there, so nice and clean, dog friendly, wonderful breakfast and modern decor. Very nice! We come here every time we visit St George. Never lets us down.

I had an addition $19 charge that I have no idea what it could have been - charged to my credit card.
An early morning flight prevented us from the breakfast and very pleasant desk personal prepared a takeout breakfast for us.

Pool was a little too warm, wonderful it was heated but a touch to warm. Rooms are a bit pricey and the refrigerator barely keeps things cool even turned up all the way.

I BOOKED THE HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE AMENITIES AND PAID A HIGHER PRICE FOR THAT, BUT THE HEATING ELEMENT WAS OUT IN THE POOL --SO COLD. THEY OFFERED THE HOLIDAY INN POOL NEXT DOOR, BUT THAT WAS GREEN AND CLOUDY, SO DIRTY. IT NEEDED TO BE BALANCED PROPERLY. ALSO, ONE NIGHT WHEN I WANTED A GLASS OF WINE IN THE LOBBY THE PERSONNEL WERE UNABLE TO SERVICE IT DUE TO SOME QUALIFICATIONS THEY NEEDED. THERE IS LIMITED HIGHWAY NOISE. I PREFER ROOMS WITH WINDOWS THAT OPEN
BREAKFAST WAS BETTER THAN MANY HOTELS. PERSONAL WERE WONDERFUL, PROPERTY WAS CLEAN, SPACIOUS AND NEW.

There wasn't anything i disliked. This was one of the better hotels I have stayed in.
The room was comfortable and clean, it was quiet, and the breakfast was exceptional for a hotel breakfast. I would definitely recommend to anyone and stay here again!

Bathroom was a little dirty (dark hair on sink, stained towel). I also didn't like that no guests were expected to sanitize their hands before serving at the breakfast buffet. I watched another guest sneeze on the syrup. Obviously that's not on the hotel, but enforcing cleanliness would be a start!
Heated pool was awesome, beds were really comfy, room felt mostly clean

I didn’t like that the ice is on floor 2 and 4, but you have to go to floor one to get water. Some vending machines would be nice.
I loved that the pool, even though it’s outside, it was heated and so comfortable to swim in. The staff was helpful and kind. I forgot my toothbrush, and they gave me one without charging me for it.

Nothing! It was perfect! Location, clean, quite, the decor. The bed and the pillows were fantastic! We will definitely stay there again when we are in St. George.Utah
Everything! The hotel was clean, the staff were extremely friendly, outgoing, helpful and and greeted every morning at breakfast with a smile! Speaking of breakfast, what a outstanding breakfast! Not your run of the mill complementary breakfast, consisting of cereal and a few pastries, but a hot breakfast it was outstanding!
