The breakfast was good, staff is very polite and helpful. Hotel room was nice, recently renovated, and clean. Location is a good middle point between downtown phoenix and downtown Tempe.

The inconvenience of the construction from the remodel, but it's to be expected.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. The breakfast well-stocked, the rooms clean and attractive. I had two issues that I couldn’t fix because of the shortness of my stay and my late check-in: No control over the A/C unit and the room was very cold. Perhaps the hotel pre-programs all rooms with the same temperature, but I could not change the temp or turn the unit off. No adjustments were possible. Also, the channels on the tv set came in very fuzzy and not clear. I only stayed one night and was tired when I checked in, so I did not bother to call anyone about these issues. Again, overall the hotel is very good and I was happy with my stay.

I liked the location near the Airport and ASU. I attended a football game at ASU and it was a fast weekend trip, to the convenience of being near both places really helped. Also, the free airport shuttle was a nice perk.

Room didn't seem very clean and definitely needed an upgrade. The couch and floor were both stained and some surfaces had visible dust. The sink didn't drain which was absolutely disgusting.

The pool was not heated (like it said online), there was no hot tub, and there were slim to no tv Chanel’s for kids (6,4,2 yrs).

Friendly staff, the room size was great and the beds were comfortable (not the pull out).

I enjoyed the breakfast. However one of the staff members had an attitude when my daughters went to purchase a water. And one of our rooms, the power kept tripping . We did get moved to another room but it was not on the same floor as our other room. Other than that the stay was great

The bathroom lighting starts very dim and then gets bright after about 5 minutes, the balcony was dirty had some kind of feces on it so we could not go out onto it and we did bring it up to the staff immediately after checkin and left for a couple hours only to return to it still there, wish the breakfast could go until 11 it ended to early to be able to get down there just would be a nice courtesy. Otherwise nice hotel for the pricing!!

Would appreciate free water bottles during summer by the front desk especially when it is over 100 degrees. At check in, maybe give out a few free bottles.

Room and bed are comfortable. We stay here often as it meets all our needs for easy fly in and accessibility to Tempe. Always clean.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The only night I slept good was when I fell asleep on the couch.

The pool was out of order. But they provided a shuttle to use the pool at another Hyatt Place near by. That made my birthday stay! If you don’t ask questions you will not always know what services can be renders. Tks to my mom for that one ☺️. I had to change rooms the same day. The front desk didn’t give me a problem. I was given a different room and moved my belongings there. Thank you!!!

Breakfast was great, no microwave in the room, but liked that the kitchen nook was open 24 hrs to use the microwave there. The facility was clean and the staff like Eliana, Karen, Povi and Marisol were very friendly and professional. I observed that they enjoy and work well together. They assisted me with my concerns
