We had requested adjoining rooms but our rooms were nearby about 5 rooms apart. Not a deal breaker, just would have made it easier for us to watch over each other's children.

The rooms are great for families to gather and hang out comfortably. The hotel has nice amenities and the breakfast is always good.

That I couldn’t cancel my reservation at last minute unless I paid the full price. Often plans change as you travel. It was sad so we traveled out of our way to stay there so we would not have to pay for an extra day.

The bed was a little squeaky getting in and out of it, but still comfortable.

Very nice facility and a bonus having a place to eat in there for lunch/dinner, along with a good breakfast. The facility is very clean and the staff was awesome. Overall, very comfortable stay.

While some staff were friendly & very helpful, others not so good. Requests made to certain front desk staff were ignored. If room is on the first floor, you asked front desk for ice. Not a problem as it is attached to the bar area. However, don't give attitude when asked. It's your job. Not a busy time, the young lady was rude & questioned me about needing ice on different days & times. HIghly recommend to pass on the food offered. Plenty of choices around hotel. You get more sandwich at a gas station than what you get, so not worth the money. No wonder no printed price. In fact I was shocked at the price for two sandwiches and a salal after it was charged to my room. I have no problem paying $14 but make it worth something. Your room/suite is not cleaned for three days because of staff shortage. Understand. However when requested another trash can for the suite on day one, ignored. We found a local Walmart to buy trash bags for the suite just to have a place to put papers, wrappers, etc., in. We asked for an express clean but never received one. When we finally got the housekeeper to clean suite on the third day, she complained having to work on a Saturday & having to clean the room. Really she did. I had to tell her what to clean. Her attitude was so poor she rushed through things and didn't even vacuum the room. The extra blanket for sofa bed had large holes. When replacement was delivered, the housekeeper didn't believe me until I showed her the large holes. Why would I lie about that? It was these interactions with certain staff that lowed the rating and definitely the expectations of our stay. Housekeeping is a mess and has a communication breakdown with the front desk. (Wished I had the names of the great employees so they could be recognized for their great, positive and helpful attitudes and not lumped with these other employees that need more training in customer service.)

Location was great! Close to anything you may need when visiting Travis AFB. Facilities were amazing. Suite was better than pictured! Great space & layout. Breakfast was good. Different options so didn't have to have the same thing for a 5 day stay. Breakfast staff was friendly too.
