I was here for a conference and my main priority wasn’t to be a tourist. The location is on the outskirts of downtown but accessible by Lyft or the light rail. The lighting in the bathroom sink area was very dim. I found that odd but not terrible.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, and the lobby fireplace was cozy. There was a mini fridge and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet area. The hotel shuttle to the Peoria station for the light rail system was so helpful to get to downtown Denver.

Parking garage is at end of the hotel and it’s quite a walk to the front entrance which is the only entrance from the garage. There is a daily charge for parking that is not mentioned anywhere that I could find. The front desk staff was kind enough to accommodate me and give me a pass to park closer, but I think this is something that should be made known before booking. Daily construction right in front of hotel.

Cost is definnetly a factor if you are looking for a budget stay this hotel will not fit the bill. Extra charges for parking and food is also charged to the bill no freebies here... The view is not the greatest in the Rocky Mountains.

Vehicle parking is in a covered garage next to the hotel, convienient for a more secure feature. Restaurant facilities are on site dinner was great and breakfast was filling. All of the staff was professional and clean. Rooms are comfortable quiet and very clean. Easy check -in for sure.

The room was freez8ng although we had it set on 80 degrees, after day 2 i requested to be moved. They accommodated us. However, that room was even colder. The bathroom was cleaned, but the shower in both rooms needed to be repaired. For the price of the hotel, I excepted a great experience. We left a day early and I would not recommend this hotel with the exception of the staff that work there. The food in the restaurant had zero taste. We had chicken Alfredo it was packaged in a cardboard to go box, with no silverware. Once we got to the rom. We found out it was Luke warm. I purchased a drink and was charged $30.00, and it wasn't top self. The bartender states that's all they had in stock, when the night before the drink was $7.00. Getting to the hotel with all the construction was a nightmare. We paid for parking, which made it easier to get into the hotel. The bed was so uncomfortable, and it doesn't have enough room to walk on one side of the bed properly. The sofa is placed so close to the bed. My husband bumped his leg more than once, trying to negotiate the space on the side he slept on just to get to the bathroom.

A slightly heavier blanket would have been nice. The sheets were too crisp (starched?), making them a little noisy when moving around during sleep. Also, $15/day for parking seems extreme.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Property was very clean and maintained. Laundry on location and exercise room excellent. The hotel shuttle was very helpful for me as transport to/from hospital.

Some design stuff not well thought out. 1) Snow on the ground and you have a long walk uphill from parking not sheltered from the snow. 2) Shower very poor thought process as water splashes out on the bathroom floor. 3) Food containers from hotel restaurant are larger than the trash can provided 4) exhaust fan in the restroom is non-operational and room gets uncomfortably humid during shower 4) no handicap parking

After a medical emergency upon arriving in Denver, we were forced to change our plans due to a hospitalization. The staff could not have been more understanding and accommodating. We were not having our best moment and they made our stay as easy as possible at every opportunity. So glad we chose to stay here. Well done!

The manager of the restaurant at this location is a beast! And I mean that in a good way. He goes above and beyond for every guest. I don't know how much Hyatt pays him but if I could steal him to come work for my company I would. He is exceptional.

One day I was there, the weather was beautiful, but there was no comfortable place to hang out outside the hotel and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine. Also, even though I was out of my room for the better part of the day, no one came to make the bed, replenish coffee and coffee mugs, and empty the trash.

Clean room, extremely comfortable bed, so I slept well. I checked in early for a writers conference, and my room was ready 90 minutes earlier than I expected, which was great. The staff were excellent: courteous, professional, and gracious, particularly the people who worked the conference’s large lunch and dinner gatherings.

Facility was very clean and organized. Completely EV charging station was available upon paid parking. Everything was well accommodated, I didn’t even have to ask hotel staff anything. Very very pleasant stay. Also many restaurants options available around a hotel.
