Coffee pot overflowed and scolded my hand pretty good trying to turn it off. There was blood drops on the bathroom floor.

The traffic was atrocious getting in and out of, almost forced to valet. && $25 per person for breakfast? It wasn’t worth that.

I have requested a receipt for my stay four times and at the time I am submitting this review, I still have not received one. I travel for business, and this issue will definitely prevent me from booking again, even though my stay was excellent

Not much to put in the negative column, I would have liked a selection of drinks and snacks in the room but other than that I was very satisfied.

Very good location for easy quick access to the entertainment at The Banks and for the Paycor stadium. The room was comfortable and quiet, I liked the 24hr shop in the lobby and Scott in the bar was nice and easy to talk to.

When I arrived, I was asked for the personal about my housekeeping requirement, i answered i wanted to be performed every day. two days after any housekeeping was done, I presented myself at the front desk in the morning asking for the service, and she told me that it was upon request and she would send an email to perform it that day. No housekeeping was done. Later the next day, one day before leaving, i ask directly to a gentleman who was performing HK who answered me that no indication was received and must wait patiently because during the day the service will be performed. no more comments

The price was high. All hotel in the area were inflated this weekend. Probably due to Bengals game and other sporting events. The bathroom was small for two people. It was nice room for one night.

Bathroom did not look like it was cleaned real well. Looked like it was rushed and not everything was fully clean. I would not recommend the restaurant in the hotel. There are better options around town.

My only complaints were the bed was too soft for me but great for my spouse. And... the few black hairs in the bathroom sink (i am a long haired blonde and my spouse is bald). Everything else was really clean.

Loved the hotel and location. Just an overnight stay on our way to Tennessee but a nice last minute idea and very glad we did. The hotel was nice and great people, especially Chris in the bar! Lots of ideas for places to walk to that evening. The room was a great set up, loved it.
