traveling with my sister, so I slept on the pullout sofa in room 1730. there was a constant (every 10-20 minutes) what sounded like a toilet flushing noise literally all night long.. I don't believe it was a toilet, but it is constant, annoying, and makes it hard to sleep at night.

I did not like the protocol for towels and carts. Supposedly, you are supposed to get towel cards when you check in. We did not get ours. Each day that we were there, the pool staff asked us for our towel cards, and we told them EACH TIME that they did not give them to us at check-in. They then said that they would give them to us when we turned our towels in at the end of the day and for four days straight they did not give us a towel card at the end of the day! We were beyond frustrated about this each day. For the luggage cart, we were able to use one when we arrived. However, when we went to check out, the bellman said that they did not allow people to use the carts. We would have to have a bellman pack luggage and take it to our car. This may please some, but we did not want anyone to pack our stuff up. We also wanted to move some luggage the night before and could not because no one was on duty.

The room was great and clean! We loved how housekeeping arranged our twin's stuffed animal each day on the bed in a different silly pose - they thought it was hilarious! The restaurants in the hotel serve the best food on the island!

Bed comfort and room size. Also we had to be very careful at the pool. The floor was very slippery and my little one took a few falls.

-We had breakfast there and it was great! A lot of menu items to choose from and family had the buffet. -Bed was not comfortable at all! Did not have enough support. Room was next to the parking garage of other hotel and was noisy. We couldn’t even hear the ocean which I was looking forward to.

The cabanas don't provide cover from the sun properly. They are more to put your belongings and towels.

Housekeeping was not the best. They kept forgetting to bring washcloths to our room, so we had to call room service to have them bring us some and even once we called and no one came so I had to walk down to the front desk to ask for some.

Location was amazing! Had a double balcony room that overlooked the ocean and the dock. Room was clean and neat.

We visited for our honeymoon and we loved the location. This hotel was in the center of the beach strip and we loved all of the amenities and things you could do while in Clearwater. And the beach umbrellas being included is a definite plus!!!

We ate dinner at Tropico. Our food/waitress was good but often could overhear other waitstaff complaining about being too hot/burnt from their 4th of July out. Others seemed like they were unhappy with having to wait on customers.

The activities for the kids on the pool deck were great! We had snow cones, s'mores and made crab hats- the staff was great with our kiddos! The location to the beach was perfect. Everything was clean and the hotel staff was pleasant and helpful when we need towels changed out and more coffee. Would definitely recommend and possibly another stay in the near future!
