Atrium in construction

The spacious room (suite) - perfect for my weary family after two days of walking in NYC. The pool and whirlpool were a hit with my kids. A perfect way to close our trip

The property needs some sprucing up and updating. The staff were great. They also told us that the property is being renovated including the restaurant and the rooms.

Ice machines on most floors not working. They allow dogs, could hear barking dog in room next to mine. Also worry about dogs bringing fleas into hotel. Long walk from parking lot to rooms.

Lack of hotel bar or restaurant facility as they are (still) under renovation - same as when i last visited in Fall 2022!

the condition of the hotel was very dated and many things were closed for renovation. i think once its finished being updated it will be a lovely hotel again.

the hotel was clean. the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. the staff was friendly. breakfast was good.

Due to renovation, restaurants, pool and gym were closed. This was not disclosed on website. Also room did not have enough lighting. Look and furniture dated. Most hotels will at least have some decorative throw on the best for color and decor. This did not. Mini bar was empty!

The hotel is a bit old and the restaurant is under renovation so there’s no restaurant inside hotel nor breakfast provided.

Great facilities in the hotel, big TV in the room. The bed is comfy and room is spacious. The environment is quiet, I had great rest here.

Other hotel guests were not respectful of early morning quietude. Audible exchanges occurred post 1:30am between guests.

Mattress was absolutely comfortable. Room cleanliness met expectations. Complimentary bottle water.

I did not like waiting for elevators. My first room location I was about the furthest distance from the elevators that could be upon complaint our room was changed. In our room, 3143 there was a banging noise the first night at around 11 o’clock and on the second night three or four times so much so that at 4 o’clock at work us up

May not be managed well. We reserved one type of room; upon arrival they said that type was sold out! Rooms had huge ant colonies. They said they would adjust the rate; never heard back from them

I was expecting the restaurant that is advertised on the website to be in operation -when we got there only to be told only room service was available. Very disappointed. There were two in the room however the worker who cleaned the room kept leaving one washcloth -even though we did speak with them about it. Disappointed that we ordered room service and we had to pay $5.00 for delivery to the room. The food was overpriced and even shopped at the Market -the goods in the market were overpriced.

There was no restaurant for breakfast, only room service, which took too long. There were minimal amenities, such as one small bottle of shower gel and no extra towels. The shower was weak. The room needs to be updated.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The lobby was beautiful.
