To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOur room had a door that could adjoin with the next room, which we did not use, but that may have been the reason we could hear everything going on in our neighbor's room. Unfortunately, we had rather loud and obnoxious guests next to us on one side; 2 different sets of guests, one of which was awake and loud all night when they arrived. I know this is not the fault of the hotel, but maybe the next time they are updating rooms, they should install more insulation for sound reduction.
The staff was professional and friendly both at the front desk and at the valet service. The room was clean with comfortable furniture.

We stayed there for 5 nights. Room type was Quens bedroom with balcony. İts a very large room. Beds and pillows and sheets very comfortable and clean. Thre was a coffe machine with starbucks capauls. Location was very quiet and easy accesable. Stuff was very kind. Hotel was very clean and compact. We used pool by the way. The weather was cold but we can use pool because its warm :)). And also car park very easy and we use the vale. Vales stuff very helpfull.

IrelandIt's a bit of a walk to the main part of Mission Beach with the restaurants etc.
We had a room on the 15th floor overlooking the city and marina. We stayed in a few hotels over the course of our trip and the beds here were definitely the most comfortable. The pool area was great and our 11 year old loved the slides. We had drinks in the Red Marlin but didn't eat there as thought it was too pricey. Nice place to go for a drink though.

Room still had trash in the drawers when we arrived. Not enough towels for 5 people. Tea or hot chocolate options would be nice in the room. Microwave or toaster in suite would help. $25 to use a toaster is crazy.

Location was great for us. The breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was top notch - we opted to have this included in our room rate, otherwise the price for the breakfast is really high. It was a full buffet and great. Pool was nice, but consistently dirty with items floating in it (bandaids, clothes, leaves, etc).
