My original room's bathroom was VERY SMALL -I asked for an upgrade when my wife was coming in and they assured me that it wasn't a problem, but when it was time to transfer rooms they no longer had my room available. After about 6-hour delay my room was finally available. The exercise room was dirty and half of the equipment did not work!

I forgot the guy's name at the front desk, but he was amazing. Very accommodating, I got in early, and let me get into my room without any hassle. Going above and beyond what I expected.

The room had items like bloody bandaids on the floor and the water leaked from the facet in the bathroom everytime you turned it on. We had to put towels to keep the water from the floor getting wet.

We didn’t drive and weren’t able to get a shuttle to the city. The day we were here was the Chicago marathon so Uber was a bit difficult, however staff were very helpful.

Property was large and clean. Big modern entrance lobby. Room was spacious, good shower and bathroom. Chose here as this was close to the large shopping centre which was walking distance.

Old and outdated outside the lobby. Weird “Devil in the White City” kind of vibe. Miles and miles of hallway in a multitude of checkerboard right angle directions. What creepy things happen in the middle of those squares? Seems like this property was built for old-time conventions. Wasn’t really what I expected from the Regency brand. Then again, when I booked online I thought the entire cost was the nightly rate. Great value from that standpoint. I was just looking for more refinement for my wife.

The rooms are entirely to small there is no microwave and it’s only one vent in the whole room so the room was hot and I hate being hot when I sleep.

The location was ideal and the amenities of the hotel were also good. I liked the bar was accessible and fair prices on the drinks

Cleaning service only after 3 nights. In booking apps it is wtiteen that adding breakfast is 11.95$. The hotel asked for 19.95$ and would not agree for booking price! For 3 gests and for 3 nighs it is 72$ more!!! The hotel is very far from town. We used the park and ride to go to fown town with subway.

Room was terribly hot and stuffy. Turned ac down as low as possible the first night. Gave it all day the following day to cool down. When we returned around 8pm it was still hot. Decided to leave and go home.

The vending machines on property were sold out of most drinks, no microwave in room. The sofa in the room was very firm.

The room was nice, the bar and Cafe area down stairs was very nice, staff was always quick to respond.

The location is great, close to the O'hare airport but far enough from the whole traffic. Very clean hotel with very welcoming staff. Breakfast was great, much better than most of the hotels. Right by a nice mall with nice restaurants.

Nothing to complain about, all was good.

I purchased breakfast from the coffee café and the breakfast buffet. The café was reasonably priced but my egg & potato bowl wasn't heated properly with cold spots found within, so it could have been better. The buffet was much better, tasty food and plenty of variety, attentive staff too.
