I’m really trying to think what is there not to like about the property I wanna say maybe more car parking space for each section because the section I was at there was a time where I’d have to park in a different section because my section was full.

I loved mainly the peacefulness and the relaxation that we needed while still being able to enjoy ourselves with our children it was perfect I’m very thankful for the hospitality that you have and offer will be most definitely recommend

Nothing, it was a perfect place to watch the eclipse.

We arrived early but were able to check in as our room was ready, an added bonus was a room upgrade. The checkout was friendly and supplied us with all the information needed to enjoy the resort. The room was clean and spacious and resort facilities where excellent. We enjoyed two meals at the onsite restaurant, played to games on the grounds, roasted marshmallows at the firepit and swam in all the pools.

Ambience, serenity of the entire space with trees, the 2 bedroom villa was excellently layed out and clean, accessible and bear many fun places like seaworld and JBSA airforce base.

This place is awesome, so many fun things to do with your family! I think we got one of the newly renovated rooms and it was beautiful and very spacious!

The ONLY things I didn't like was the depth of the lazy river and pool. Missed opportunity on that one, at approx. 3 feet deep, doesn't give a lot of swimming room, and im 5"6.it's definently for kids. There's a little area that gets 4 ft and that's it. The water slide is great but feels like a grater on your back going down. The game room has about 5 mediocre games. The place was fun. They've got amenities and for families with kids and teenagers, this could be a hit. For adults that enjoy waterslides also- maybe not so much.

The villas are prepped with dishware/coffee etc, they offer tide and fabric softener for laundry. They offer daily activities . Great place for families. Bathrooms and sleeping area were clean and spacious.

The villa was immaculate and huge. The design was beautiful and offered privacy and separation from the main bedroom and the second bedroom. There was a restaurant which was a plus and the pools were nice.

We were on the 3rd floor and we didn't have WiFi. They tried to fix it while we were there but weren't able to. They did give us resort credit to compensate. Mark was the person who was trying to get it working. He was nice and kept us updated on what they were working on. We didn't get advanced notice that they were resurfacing the parking lots. Erin in guest services was able to work out our room situation. We were traveling with an elderly parent that had limited mobility. It worked out in the end but took a while. I greatly appreciated guest services assistance.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very polite and professional. The grounds and amenities were in great shape.
