Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hair was on my shower wall. The refrigerate wasn't clean properly. The bed wasn't comfortable, and the mattress had a dip in it.
I loved the price of the room and the location.

The traffic noise from outside. The light from outside shining in the room. I like to sleep in complete darkness 😀.

A room was reserved online, including fees the confirmation was received confirming the amount $60.21..Upon arrival at the hotel the front desk person was handed $80, the front desk person then said the amount the room was $72 , the front desk person was handed another $20, totalling $100 in all. The customer received $5 back in change and didn't realize the error at the time, because she was tired, Monday evening January 15, 2024. It was brought to the attention of the hotel yesterday, Wednesday January 17, 2024.The same staff person. Ms . Nimeasha told the customer to contact the third party booking service for the $23 refund. 470-860-4697. Thank you . Deborah

Room service only once a week. Needed to do laundry but the staff could not provide quarters even though the sighn in the Laundr room said otherwise

Minor complaints. Nothing that would keep me from staying again. Too few pillows. Silly to charge for toilet paper and basic toiletries. Overall still a great place to stay.
Excellent price. The rooms were very clean and surprisingly spacious. Seemed like a good location. Definitely somewhere I intend to stay next time I'm in the area.

The housecleaning staff knocked on our door before checking out... Then she/him came right back about 3min later again to our door knocking and then walked into the room just standing there looking at us until we finally had to repeatedly ask her to please leave the room so we could f,vinish getting dressed and gathering our personal items. It made us feel really uncomfortable and if my guest and I didn't both speak Spanish I truly think other future residents/guests would of felt very confused, like violated , and !jtextremely uncomfortable on a higher level.
We really liked how the room felt like a mini apartment allowing us to have the space and comfort that was needed. 🤗

The place was better than expected and everything is so close to it doesn't take 5 minutes to go eat whatever you wish , so i liked my stay in this place more than my stay at the last bnb i stayed at , the staff were very helpful and friendly and the check in didn't take time was very fast , totally recommended for affordable stay
