It was a bit challenging selecting ride share to the hotel’s entrance but we just took it from the Ritz next door.

I liked the spaciousness of the suite, the location of the property, and the friendly staff!

Too many homeless and individuals with some form of mental illness around the corner. It would be nice to be able to get complementary coffee or water after the cafe closes.

That only one elevator worked to get me to my room the left side one. Lol but other then that had an amazing stay the room was absolutely beautiful and spacious 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 but a small suggestion the hotel should partner with some of the local restaurants and businesses to help promote tourism and offer a percentage off to the guest who visits the recommended locations

There was no sign for entrance to enter Courtyard. Customers have to take the elevator to go to the 2nd floor to check in. There should have been a sign at entrance to direct customers to do that. We were confused as we did not know if we entered the right entrance so we had to go around the building to ask and was told where to enter and took the elevator to 2nd floor to check in. A sign is a must.

Nice hotel. I liked the set up of two-King-bed room with the bathroom in between. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. We'll definitely come back.

The cost of parking the car overnight was exorbitant! Especially since the rooms were already pricey.

The staff are super helpful. Our room was beautiful and clean. It was also on an upper floor and nice and quiet.

2 different elevators to get to street. Most of time only one main elevator running. Slipper tile in shower.

Love 2 king beds and the location. Layout of room great for some privacy with sliding door to create a separate bedroom.

Excellent location to night life and restaurants. Staff was super helpful-special shout out to Shielta! After seeing I booked the wrong type of room for my family, she corrected without even asking to make sure we were the most comfortable

Not much to say. Its a standard Marriott Courtyard. You choose this instead of spending 1000's at the ritz carlton. Its clean, very well run, quiet and what you would expect when you choose Marriott Courtyards. Dont have really anything bad to say.

The hotel is literally 1-2 blocks off the French quarter, but it is quiet. Very convenient. I stay here every time I come here. On business and personal travel. 5 minutes from Acme Oyster House, Brennans, and the start of Bourbon and Royal Streets.

Great location, within walking distance of everything in the French Quarter. Very clean and modern. My daughter and I had a great stay! We will definitely stay here again.

The place is a little run down for the price.. There is a Starbuck's in the lobby but nothing else. (for breakfast go to Breads on Oak, a few blocks away on Carondolet!)

Large comfortable room. The pull out sofa was ok, not great. The location is fantastic -- at the edge of the quarter, walkable to the museums, great restaurants, etc. Staff members were truly lovely.

Our toilet was leaking and the housekeeping staff just cleaned it and didn't report it. I also didn't report it because we were gone most of the time.

The hotel rooms were cute, like little apartments. They were clean, the staff was exceptional.
