Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

During our stay there wasn't any issues that we had - personally I just thought it was a little pricey but at least the stay was good to justify that
We couldn't fault the hotel - the rooms were nice and the beds were real comfy. The bathroom was also modern with a large walk-in shower. Additionally, the staff were helpful whenever we needed something e.g. renting bikes

It’s a little far from downtown but still worth it.
Stayed at many places in Leavenworth and this has been my favorite.

Absolutely nothing!
Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well prepared and delicious. The grounds were beautiful and the kids young and old enjoyed the pool, game room, and bicycling. An amazing value for such a quality resort.

Typical continental breakfast; only thing special was the French toast with strawberries
Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi are nice. Front desk checkin was friendly. Room had microwave which you hardly see these days. Nice that they have a game room and bikes! Didn’t get a chance to play put put golf but looked fun.

Wish they had rented the bikes.

The USB plugs were available on the outlet next to the bed, but they didn't charge well when our charger was plugged into them. We had to find another charger to plug into the regular outlet in order to get our phones to charge.
Comfortable beds, clean well-maintained room with a modern shower and plenty of towels. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I was attending an on-site conference, but the hotel is in a great location to access Leavenworth's downtown area. I didn't have time to go for breakfast, but the food items supplied for the conference were delicious. Along with the coffee and tea, iced tea and lemonade were also available. I'm assuming that the breakfast bar would have been delicious as well because the food would have been provided by the same team.

The air conditioner was pound and had weird noises. The toilet would also refill water at random times it was kinda creepy. But I got used to it
It’s was a great location. Room was as expected. Loved the hot tub and the pool, I spent every night there. The property was as advertised

My room was close to the pool, which was a little louder than I would have preferred. I cant fault kids for having fun though!

I spent the new year's week with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed our stay. The resort was charming with all the christmas decorations, room was large and comfy bed. Yummy breakfast at the restaurant is included. Big parking lot around the building. Heated pool and hot tub to get some extra relax!
