Toilet got stuck and relatively small parking space for my Tesla.

They initially charged me more than my booking price, if I had not check my bank account, I wouldn’t notice. Once I contacted them they sent the money back straight away. They give your contact to a few different people (check in people (2), cleaning people) and I think that should be avoided. Small things that did not impact our stay at all but could be improved for a smooth trip

Very clean, new apartment, building with a few nice amenities (gym, rooftop) and close to metro station (10min walk). Easy check in and very nice people.

Friendly stuff, great parking facilities, spacious apartment with everything needed. The host has left welcome food/snacks with a good variety. The location is excellent if you come with a car.

* We stayed at a corner room that was facing a main street. The view was nice but it was very noisy even late at night. If you are noise sensitive, I would recommend you choose a room that is not facing the road. * If you plan to go to Santa Monica, you might want to choose a different location - it takes approx. 1 hour by car and even more during rush hour.

Everything you need is equipped - kitchen, laundry machine, sofa, rooftop etc.

Small beds, and no window in one of the rooms.

Clean and safe, easy to find. They have parking so you don’t need to worry about the car, and leaving you belongings there.

Property location is central, very close to downtown LA and you can even see LA skyline from building roof top, Roof top access was plus which is ideal for a chit chat and bbq Chinar was the Property Manager and she is amazing in dealing with guests, 10 star service

Gorgeous Hollywood Apartments exceeded our expectations! Check-in was smooth, with prompt contact upon our flight's arrival, making us feel warmly welcomed. The apartment itself is spacious, modern and well-equipped, boasting a fully stocked kitchen where we enjoyed breakfast at our own pace. Additionally, the complimentary snacks, beverages, and bathroom kit were a thoughtful touch. Conveniently located just around the corner, a 7-Eleven, grocery stores and various dining options offered additional convenience. Opting for reserved parking proved to be the ideal choice; the secure parking spot ensured peace of mind, especially after long days exploring the city. I highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly return for another stay in LA. Special thanks to Mark and Chinar for their exceptional hospitality.

I liked pretty much everything about the apartment and the host; so I have no complaints.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The location was great. And Chinar was simply amazing: a true professional, attentive to details, and available at all times. This apartment has now become my favorite place to stay in LA.

One of the best accomodations I've ever stayed, 5* hotels included. Safe, clean, comfy, spacey, modern, chick, affordable, undergrouud garage parking for 20$ per nighg, Chinar was super great host, great cheap bites around, have no other words. Just make sure to pay with a card under the name of one of the guests and to have it with you when you arrive there, that is a house rule. Rooftop - also amazing. Great accomodation.

The unnecessary downstairs neighbors complaining for no reason (90% of the time, we left the apartment in the morning and returned from our work program after sunset) so no disturbances whatsoever from our side, and neither guests or parties etc etc.) The last 2 nights of our stay, the security guy came knocking…the first evening I was cool with it…and jist tried to walk on my tip toes…the second night i kinda got upset …cos how is it my fault if in the USA …such buildings are literally made of wood, and I have the right to walk from the room to the bathroom and it is not my problem. Sort that out with your psychologist!!! Anyways, we too could hear the footsteps of those upstairs and those on our side…but who cares…i repeat “it’s literally a building made of wood” what do you expect!! One last thing need to be improved is the smell in the corridors…perhaps better ventilation needs to be asked to the developer of the building. Also the smell of weed at times in the elevator and also the garage was quite strong…that’s all

Everything went well, the building is new and looks quite modern. I appreciated the staff welcoming and explaining everything about the apartment. The apartment in itself has got completely everything, I could also wash my clothes, dry them and iron them!!! Which already in itself is something amazing when traveling. I paid for the parking, which i suggest…in order not to have to worry about getting parking fines on the road etc…I had quite a big car, so the space was quite tight in the garage…but the moment i made the hosts aware, within 24 hours they gave me a bigger one. (That shows their flexibility and efficiency). Deliveries to the apartment is also made easy, with a 24hr reception, whom can also offer practical assistance at any given time.
