No complaints; a/c was a little loud but it helped drown out noisy hotel next door

Location is key, central to everything, beach, shopping, restaurants and buses. Staff are so friendly and house keeping were great. Ohhhh full kitchen is a huge bonus. Thank you Ilima Hotel 🌺

We loved the fully equipped kitchen- we cooked most of our meals! Hard to find an affordable kitchen space like this- we will be back! The beautiful Waikiki beach was just a short walk away, through several interesting shopping areas. The staff were so friendly every time we saw them. Our balcony faced the ocean side and we had great city views. When we wanted, we could open the large sliding glass window to the balcony and enjoy the fresh air and birds on our balcony! When it was too warm, the air conditioning worked great. The room with a king bed and a full bed was spacious and had extra storage cupboards that were very helpful for our party of 3 - a mother-daughter week. Everything we needed was nearby.

Parking was very tight spaces and limited,If you went out for sightseeing and came back late and there was no space to park you would have go across street and park for a fee, I would like to see them Put bars up for seniors in the shower, and move the soap dish up a little higher for us seniors its to low to bend down, its not bad but it would help.

Everything was excellent from the desk people, the house keeping staff if you ask for something they will accommodate, rooms was always clean,Beds made everyday,Trash remove everyday just a delightful place. and easy walking distance to the beach about 7 to 10 minutes. Large TV with a lot of channels,Two burner stove,microwave, pots, a Frying pan,Dishes, silverware, everything you need for a nice stay.

Loved everything, all the amenities. Would like to have known about the rooftop patio on the first day. This is an older hotel but it felt new and fresh.

Parking was very limited at the building and very narrow. We were able to get a space all but one time, and the desk clerk gave us permission to use a handicapped space. Except for the parking aspect, we would have rated all areas excellent. It must also be stated that the facility made it clear from the outset, including in descriptions before booking, that parking was limited.

Clean, well kept facility built in the 60’s. Friendly staff, nicely furnished room. Location is very close to the downtown on a side street, without the traffic found on the main strip. Short walk to the beach and only a block from the International Square. Would stay there again.

Not having a turn around for parking once you hit the top level without realising that was the top. We could have missed the sign that that was it, we were able to turn around though and just had to do a few 3 point turns to turn around.

Very close to the beach, a little 5 minute stroll to the beach. The staff are really nice. We didn’t mind not being beach front and you do have a view of the ocean from the balcony.

It's been renewed, but the water area is still old. It also smells old. The floors on each floor face the outside, so the wind blows and it's noisy.

We were an easy stroll yo the beach and highlights. Our room and balcony were very comfortable and larger than expected and the fully equipped kitchenette was an additional plus.

The hotel has been updated but there was a slight musty smell in the bathroom. We saw police three out of four days on the block but we didn't have any issues.

Kitchenette with a grocery store just a few blocks away makes for a more affordable trip. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Good price for the location. Just blocks from the beach so an easy walk.

It was a bit noisy some nights with nightlife nearby and the walk to the beach was OK but further than others.

The staff were amazing, the room was spacious and we loved the balcony. Good aircon. By far the best value for money out of the places we stayed.
