We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel is new, so it was clean and comfortable. We liked the suite with a kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom.

United States of AmericaWe liked everything about the hotel and location. There is a restaurant in the same area that you can walk to that had excellent food and beverage choices for such a reasonable price. Just wished we had booked more nights there.
This is a newer hotel. We stayed in a king suite that made us feel very relaxed. The suite was so beautiful and clean. Location is convenient to many attractions including the Quincy copper mine, Eagle River, Eagle Harbor, Calumet, and Copper Harbor among many other wonderful places in the Keweenaw peninsula.

Poor design of numerous things - no elevator, no pool, no shower rack, no shower grab bar, blinds flapping by heating unit and not keeping light out, closet too short to store large suitcase, no safe, very limited continental breakfast.
