It's a really good place to meet people and to sleep in a cheap hostel for a night the acces to the pool is cool and perfect to make friends The breakfast tacos was delicious

Awesome atmosphere, colorful and happy place. Clean with a true N’awlins touch and people from all over. Great staff! Also close by the streetcar to take you within walking distance to whatever you would like to discover.

I didn’t like the rats in the kitchen.

I like the idea of how the property is set up. It needs to be updated. Then it would be really nice. Staff was really nice and helpful!

A very particular place, with great atmosphere I'd say very representative of slow and relaxed lifestyle of New Orleans in general ;) The hostel.is in a quiet neighbourhood, approx 20 min from.thw Center by bus/streetcar. They have also an on-site ATM. A plenty of WiFi routers on the site. Checkout time 12::00 gives plenty of time for slow-morning kind of travellers. Free parking on the street in front of the hostel!

One of the rooms was a bit stuffy and we were unable to control the hot air conditioning.

Good vibe, nice sense of community. Lots of people staying there. Big kitchen and lots of communal space.

Internet was non functional in the room. Could have used a clock radio. Too many rules.

Location and staff were great. Really basic needs, comfortable bed. Private bath. Breakfast was great ($5 donation). Early check-in

The room was a little cold as building is older and although there is a heater in the room , wish it was turned in before we arrived at night because it takes a long time to heat the room, just so it would have been a warmer sleep

I had a great stay for one night in a private room. Location was great right by the street train to head into the historical center . We arrived at 1am after a long drive from Houston and the host was there and very friendly. Shower was nice and hot.

Wi-Fi not working in the bedroom! This was a bit of a pain and we had to keep going into the main house.

Ricco was on reception and he was so welcoming and friendly throughout our stay even when he wasn’t on reception. Best guide too, giving us lots of of fantastic advice as to areas to visit and not the typical tourist ones. I also very much liked the decor, communal spaces and the overall vibe of the hostel.

Rooms could do with an update.

Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, the main hostel was interesting with lots of people interacting in a positive way. Free coffee available 24x7, kitchen and laundry available and the place was constantly being cleaned. A perfect base to explore all NOLAs numerous attractions.

The bunk bed was rocky in the room we had, when the person in the top bunk turned over or moved the whole frame would shake and wake me.

Location good, didn’t use the facilities but could see how useful they were if you needed them. Staff friendly and helpful.

The location was a little bit awkward. The shower was too small.

The staff were friendly. The environment in the hostel was great. It has a lot of facilities to use. Complimentary coffee and tea. Great price. Will stay there again.

The WiFi didn't work and the walls are very thin, at least in the house my room was in, which made it very hard to sleep. I also was filtering by included parking but there is only parking on the street, which is fine but misleading.

The hotel has some good Cafés and Bars around, the personnel was very helpful and had some good tips. There is a huge kitchen and several rooms where you can hang out with other guests plus the pool area looked fun. It is very colorful and unique on general. It is also not too far to walk to the French quarter it was around 20$ to Uber back at night.
