Wifi was down, I was told Spectrum was coming the next day but it didn't work the next night either. They used Fabuloso or Lysol to clean and the smell was SO STRONG. The place was really sort of falling apart it seemed to me.

The two girls, Sandra and Marla were great.

1) The wifi did not work. I approached the office twice. The first time I was basically told "sorry about that, it should work." The second time, I asked if it could be fixed. The person working called her manager on speaker phone, who said "there's nothing I can do." Wifi did not work our entire stay. This was very inconvenient as I had hoped to work some during our stay. 2) I went looking for ice the first night and was told that the ice machine was broken and I could go the 7-11 nearby to buy ice. The next day I went back, asking if I was allowed to request ice from the restaurant or somewhere else within the facility. The person told me that the ice machine had been turned off, but he turned it back on and ice would be ready in a couple hours. Why was it turned off? 2) The hot tub was lukewarm and appeared to be turned off. 3) We had one blanket in our room with two beds. Unfortunately, the hotel was "out of blankets." What??? 4) It's not part of the hotel, but FYI the restaurant closes at 6pm on weeknights and 7pm Fri/Sat, so don't count on it for service in the late evening.

Only sheet and very thin blanket. Friends staying in another room only had a sheet (no blanket) and were told they could not have a blanket as they were out of blankets. Kind of ridiculous for a hotel. Sheets had holes that were patched. Kitchenette area but no kitchen sink, no glasses, no coffee maker. No ice machine. Another friend’s room toilet plugged and they were moved to a different room which was dirty.

I didn't like anything!, it was a false ad. I even ask for a room change they're answer was they couldn't because all the rooms were booked.

Not much!, the place ,was empty they put us in the back,no parking!! We had carry our luggage, tools etc... to our room no breakfeast!!

Check in and check out staff was not readily available long wait to check in and left keys under door to check out since waiting for staff with a child was not reasonable. Should have a self check in or check out system to avoid this. Room was not very clean had a crawling baby who found tons of debris on floor

The staff left early and no one was around to reactivate my key. Landscape was overgrown. Ice maker was far and not available 24/7.

No coffee maker. It rained during the night and in the morning there was a pond outside the door we had to step in to get out.

This is a great value. It is impossible to find a hotel room under $100 so $80 was a bargain.

The parking was dark. It had bugs not together. The lamps had so much dust my allergies were acting up. Check out was a hassle had to leave the key with security when leaving.. they take pictures of your credit and don’t tell you they take a photo copy

First walked into room 215 it was like walking into a furnace. Extremely HOT. Turned the A/C on and it just didn’t cool down the room. It would then blow regular air. We were in there. Probably about 20 minutes just to see if the air condition would work. We were literally drenched in sweat. I even took pictures of the sweat on my shirt. I had to call the front office to let them know that the air was not working. I believe his name was Albert. VERY NICE GENTLEMAN. He ended up putting us in another room on the first floor. The AC was better however, there were stains on the bedsheets, which was gross. I took the sheets off. Luckily I bring my own sheets and blankets. Lots of Clorox wipes, and Lysol to sanitize the hotel room. The picture I took was out of the hot room.  The bathroom picture was actually the picture of the bedsheet. 

The room was BIG. Lots of space. Like the mini kitchen/Bar area.

I didn't like that my card got charged the amount of my stay when I wanted to pay when I got there, and the girl at the counter said, "Oh well and didn't even try to explain why. Called for extra towel, and no one answered the phone so there was a lack of customer service .The hotel room was nice and I would have recommende it to friends and family but I was left disappointed.

Beautiful grounds. Security at the gate had a pleasant demeanor. Samantha at the Front Desk was genuinely welcoming. Cheerful pattern bed sheets. Very spacious room. Comfortable bed with a firm mattress.

I arrived later than 8pm so the manager left my key with security. When I got there, security told me “ they told me no to let you in”. Jokingly of course, which I didn’t find funny at the time. Meanwhile I had a 4 year old and crying 1 year old in the car, 3 hours past their bedtime. I get the key and go to the room and the bed is disheveled, the towels are dirty and hanging over the shower, there is garbage in the trash can and hairs in the bed. The room wasn’t cleaned and I had to leave and book a different hotel because no one was answering the phone and I needed a clean safe place for my children to go to bed.

I didn’t stay long enough to find anything I liked.
