United States of AmericaThere is no pool unless you pay to enter water park which varies from $15-$34 per person. On the weekends there was no parking in the parking garage because of the water park - you were suppose to have a parking pass but many cars did not and the hotel did nothing to reinforce this. It was very frustrating as we paid to stay in that hotel and had no where to park.
We upgraded our room to a one bedroom apartment. The room was really great and large, our room had a washer and dryer in it which was great! It was always equipped with paper towels, plenty of plates and bowls as well as cooking utensils/pans. It was a short walk to the beach and near by stores.

2nd time here. Was very upset to here that hotel don't more own Waterpark and they provide just 1 free pass on group of 4. And no discount for hotel guests. $30 adult $27 kids. Bigger rooms are great you as. Lot of room, good kitchen, big bathroom. But for 5 days there was no cleaning, and you have to ask for towels change. Sometimes twice a day, because they can easily forget. Location is great, 4 minuts to best beach with amazing sand. Very good for little kids.

United States of AmericaDid not like that the pool was only open early morning and late evening. The beds were not very comfortable and the AC in the room didn't work very well. There were no curtains on the windows. They did not have vending machines and the elevator did not work. Also they did not let us know that the water park was an extra 35 dollars per person.
We liked that it was close to Restaurants and the Marina.

United States of AmericaMaintenance person never showed up to check out dishwasher. No black-out shades or drapes. The blinds are not enough. Everything around is so lit up that all through the night if you opened your eyes, you thought you overslept because it looked like daytime outside the windows.
Convenience of having the beach, restaurants and water park very close by. I work on an Island and cater to our Homeowners and Guests all the time (northcaptiva.com). Felt good to get some relaxed time for myself. Thank you to all your wonderful staff.

The reception being outside the hotel was a bit inconvenient, but the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was a little bit smaller, and there was no breakfast provided. However, there was a great café within walking distance, which made up for it.

Netherlandsthe hotel adds a resort fee on top of the room rate and uses images of its water park to attract guests. However, the water park is only open from 10 am to 6 pm. Admission to the water park is not included and incurs an extra charge, though the hotel does offer one free pass per room for a one-night stay. As a family traveling with young children, we were looking forward to enjoying the water slides and lazy river for an hour or two, but due to our late arrival and early departure, we could only access the basic swimming pool, which offers a view of the water park but no access to its facilities. This was disappointing.

Unfortunately it advertised as having a pool but we didn’t get use of a pool because as guest, you get use of Splash Harbour’s pool next door but they close it down early. In addition you have to pay to get into Splash Harbour, this room only comes with 1 ticket as opposed to it being advertised as giving 2 tickets. One of the beds is highly need of replacing. As you sink straight to box spring .. we 3 had to squeeze into the one bed that was ok.
The location was spot on, steps from the beach, Splash Harbour and restaurants!

Was perfect walking distance to quite a few venues. Beach is literally across the street from the hotel. The Waterpark was okay the kiddo's enjoyed themselves, and that's all that mattered.

We loved our condo, it was clean and the mattress was amazing. I loved how they accommodated us to be on the lower level due to being afraid of heights.

United States of AmericaNeeds some attention and updating. Curtains in back bedroom were gross. We’ve stayed in a similar unit before that provided items for the beach. We missed having access to those kinds of things (chairs and umbrella etc).
Loved the size of the unit, the number of beds and bathrooms, washer /dryer, and the location. Quiet and comfortable. Waterpark was nice. Lobby with drinks and breakfast items was nice. Beds were comfy and clean and plenty of pillows.
