You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaTwo beds and four guests. 1 of each towel stocked in the room. Parking $15 which is probably listed somewhere I couldn't see it on booking.com. Typical airplane noises of course but expected. Someone was smoking MJ so much that it crept under our door and we had to place a towel to block the gap. Air conditioner temp gap was huge. Climbed 4 degrees or more before it kicked on. No way to have the fan run continuously so it was dead silent or a/c running full tilt. All minor things but still interrupted a good night's sleep due to the temp and noise moving up and down.
It was clean, well maintained and in a nice area. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially liked having the ability to just go downstairs and get a drink despite two beers costing $17. Definitely caters to the business crowd where their company is picking up the tab. Huge shower and spacious room. All very clean.

United KingdomVery basic. Sheets a bit crinkly, worried me the sheets had not been changed. Dirty ring under the lamp on the bedside table. The seatbelt cover in the shuttle bus was broken which I didn’t notice until I sat on it and was stabbed by a blunt metal rod - massive bruise! Choose roadside room (not runway side) - very noisy otherwise.
Great location, comfortable. Free a huttle bus to Atlanta airport.

United States of AmericaRoom was not cleaned for my first 2 nights. On my last night room was cleaned very poorly. Soup dish was not cleaned out, wash cloth was missing, bed was not made properly. The staff seemed to rush through the process.

Costa RicaI don't really have any gripes. The fire alarm was chirping at me when I settled into my room, and a technician fixed it within 15 minutes.
The room is surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful, and I felt very confident moving from the hotel to the international terminal at the airport.

GreeceThe shuttle bus gets you only to the domestic flight terminal. I was traveling to Europe so I had to get another bus to get to the international flights Terminal. During checking in, my credit card was charged an extra amount of 150 US$ as a guarantee, although I had already paid for my room. I found it totally unacceptable. I was told that this amount would be returned after my departure. I left the hotel on Monday, May 22nd, and till now May 27th, 2023 it is not returned.
The staff was polite and very helpful. The hotel is close to the airport. Every 30 minutes there was a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport free of charge

United States of Americawhile it was close and comfortable, I would never have booked the room for the rate I was charged, over $200. the rate I booked at was $111, but because I had to return earlier than expected due to my traveling companion falling, the rate was increased by $80. i had no choice bec I credit card was already charged the first amount.
