Due to family situation, it had been a number of years since I stayed in a hotel. I was surprised to discover only at check-out that their valet parking (the only parking available) was additional. Just for courtesy sake I would have liked to know in advance how much it was.

Good location. Fairly easy to access. Staff were affable. Room was clean. Window blinds were excellent - kept room dark from bright AM sunlight.

My only wish would have been for an indoor pool. I know this is stretch for this location but we have stayed in other hotels in downtown Chattanooga with an indoor pool and it was a definite bonus for the kids. I have no other critique! The rest of the amenities were wonderful.

Very nice accommodations. Clean and stylish. Staff was very helpful and valet was so easy! Location was convenient for our destination. We didn't get to experience the bar/restaurant but plan on visiting on our next trip. We will definitely stay here again.

Had a small glitch where the tv kept turning on automatically in the night. Had to unplug it finally. At checkout we mentioned it so the hotel could fix it for the next guest. They gave us a discount for the inconvenience, which was appreciated.

Nice hotel, well located, valet parking was convenient. Nice bar with good live music. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable.

One elevator was down so being on the 8th floor was difficult. You could hear your neighbors pretty easy, like when they closed their window shades it sounded like they were in our room.

Location was great. The wood accents were pretty and the rooms were very nice. Valet parking was great and well worth the 18$ a day for parking.

Only one elevator working. The walls were very thin. Could hear a loud argument going on in the next room at midnight.

Carpets in the rooms should be cleaned. Valet wasn't the best either. One of the elevators was down so they only had one elevator working.

One of two elevators out of order for refurbishment was the only disappointment. But obviously just a question of unfortunate timing.

The only thing that I could possibly complain about, was the fact that they were working on one of the elevators so we did have a slower response time with the elevators, because they were down to only one.

Everything was clean and updated in pristine condition. Everyone was friendly. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was great because we were in the heart of everything downtown.

Short people cannot access Keurig instructions!

Rooms very spacious. Lots of hot water. Shower head plus handheld very welcomed. Loved the Keurig.

The only thing was the heater. It was 62 in the room and I turned the unit up to 72, and it ran constantly, but never got above 68. Granted it was below freezing outside...

The room was great. Nice layout. Very clean. The staff were wonderful and kind! The food was amazing. I highly recommend the Waju beef burger if you dine there. My 7yo loved the grilled cheese.

See above- the parking costs of $18 and the Pet Fee of $50 was too high for my little 5 pound puppy. I did not pay tht

Very pet friendly. Comfortable beds Dinner menu superb. Bathrooms exceptionally. Friendly Staff. The only thing I have to say is that the parking costs of $18 was out of range. I parked my own car which was only a few yards away from the entrance. The cost percentage compared to room cost is not in line with the hotels I usually stay in. I staid in the hotel In Dec and returned in Jan and was charged a pet fee the second time and parking, which I parked myself and got my own luguage,

Beautiful, comfortable room. Loved the vanity area to get ready. Our bathroom door kept sliding open no matter what I did- believe this was due to it being uneven but the bathroom was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we were easily able to move around furniture in the living room space if needed. We were able to request late check out from the TV screen even. The only downfall really was it’s been a month and I still have yet to receive my hold back from my card of $50.00. Amazing location. Outdoor area was just beautiful and they had a lovely seating area and bar close to the lobby area. I would stay here again for sure!

For such a nice, comfortable place I was surprised the toilet paper was below par- hard and thin. If you like soft tp you will have to bring your own.

Everyone that worked there was nice and helpful. Whole place was very clean. The bar & restaurant were great, we only had breakfast but all the food we had was really good. It was within walking distance of many of the places we wanted to go.
