The bar was closed and the breakfast was bite sized frozen then microwaved food. Not worth the money. So disappointed.

No fridge or microwave. No restaurant or bar except coffee bar until 10.30am. Air conditioning very loud. Only valet parking so if you forgot something they would have to bring the car to you.

Bed very comfortable, walk in shower good. View towards manhattan excellent.

The soundproofing of the room was not very good. I was woken up by people talking in the corridor at 4 am. Something wrong with the heating in the room. Although we adjusted the temperature, it was still cold.

the location. it looked janky driving up and the view below the hotel isn’t pretty but the view straight ahead is great. you can see basically everything you’d want to see from your hotel in queens. excessive honking but hey, that’s New York. the windows had a great deal though so it wasn’t loud at all when shut.

super nice and artsy. i loved the artwork on the wall. the shower was amazing! complimentary microwave and mini fridge upon request was amazing. nespresso machine and smart tv in each room. we had a view of the cityscape, exactly as the picture showed. super soft blankets and pillows! mattress could use a topper lol but awesome headboard and super nice lamps. windows are wrap around and curtains are blackout! upgraded A/C system; the room got super warm and cold quickly when we needed it. really nice long hallway in rooms with a mirror right in front of the bathroom door. i loved my stay at hotel indigo flushing. i would 100% come back.

Valet service and front desk coordination were completely lazy and incompetent. Every time we called for our car, it was not ready even 30 minutes later and we'd have to pester the front desk to get valet to bring the car. Not once over 3 days was our car brought out in a reasonable time after one conversation. Once I had to go down to the garage and find the valet myself and he was just sitting in a car blasting music. Another time the valet was just slacking off chatting with the receptionist. Over our whole stay they wasted over 2 hours of our time and made us late to appointments we had.

Room was spacious and clean. Sufficiently sound proofed considering how noisy it was outside.

Elevator was not working well and it takes over 10 minutes to wait for elevator. Out of two elevators, only one was working.

The room is very clean and modern. And the beds are very comfy.

There is no restaurant/ food / drinks available in the hotel on a Sunday. As we only stayed 2 nights it would have been better to be available for us as a family of 4

Location was a bit dodgy, even if the hotel was safe and secure. A bit pricey for what they offer perhaps, even if the facilities were clean and well taken care of.

nothing really. the hall carpets are a bit tired but not horrible.

it is very close to Citi Field and I walked to and home from my concert. it was clean, the room was spacious and the breakfast was good, not a buffet as I expected but the food came quickly. staff was helpful. no kettle in the room which wasn’t great but in the morning there was hot water in the lobby.

we found a light in the bed under the sheets. So that tells us that the sheets were not changed. didn’t want to make a fuss at the front desk because we were leaving the next morning.
