Rooms are noisy as hotel is near the train station and trains past through honking their horns at night. We had a top floor room so when the rain and hail came down in the early morning it was very noisy on the flat roof.

The dog park right out back - if you get up earlier no problem, if you are trying to sleep in a little bit, good luck, dogs are barking early!

I didn't like that u had to park on street or pay for there parking it should b free to guest but there was plenty of street parking so no need to pay for parking

I liked everything about this place. Hotel Indigo is always a good bet!

I loved the location and the vibe of the re-purposed industrial building! On a quiet street with a large grass park just at the end of the block that my dog appreciated, plus he was given healthy locally made dog cookies that he loved by someone at the front desk! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good view. I accidentally left some items behind and the next day, staff worked with me to find it and get it shipped back to me speedily! I really appreciate their attentiveness and help to get my items back to me!

The parking options are dismal. Valet parking is expensive, and there is not much of it available. Street parking is limited to short time frames. Not nearby to public garages. The hotel itself is great but the parking was a headache.

Modern, comfy rooms. Great shower and bathroom layout. Quieter part of downtown, nearby to T-mobile center and lots of shops. Very cute hotel and staff were nice.

Very clean, modern and updated hotel. I loved the design and furniture in the room. Bed was so comfortable. The smell in the whole hotel is great and welcoming. The price is affordable to everyone and the staff are so nice.

The Ice room was very Hot🥵when getting ice, even the glass panel of the door was hot 🥵 There was a lot of places to eat at on Sunday. We only found the RockHill Grille and Papa Johns pizza.

It was easy to get to. Quiet loved the room. The Breakfast is very Good

The only issue we had (and not a big deal for us) was the front desk clerk getting the valet ticket numbers mixed up. We waited a while for our vehicle to come out because of that. Also, this same clerk seems to be very tired since they kept falling asleep at the desk.

Location is great, especially for the price. Room is very stylish and clean - we love the shower! Valets we’re very nice, and check in staff was very nice and made it all very smooth.
