    Front desk, valet were not the most welcoming.

    The location was great. Walked to restaurants, even over to Brickell Island and up to Bayfront Park. The room was minimal but comfortable.

    it's very noisy due to construction next to hotel and the location of the hotel

    I would have preferred to be told about incidentals costs prior to arrival, being the first time travelling to USA and staying in hotel especially coming from another country. Rather than to be told on arrival although I could cover the cost, its not a true reflection of the actual cost.

    Loved the bathroom shower and other parts of the bathroom, but would’ve preferred more counter space in bathroom… but I didn’t really mind in the end because you were smart enough in the design to add plenty of cabinets counter space and outlets in the room near mirrors… kudos on the design and placement of key areas

    How clean… design and easy in and out for Uber drivers to pick up and drop off.

    Cleaning was a bit shy than ok. Getting a well-done is something more and more difficult these days.

    It's a nice hotel, adequate for the price tag. Good beds (2x double) and pillows + a nice gym and restaurant. The location is best, two blocks walking from City Center.

    There were no pool towels when we go there. Check in was late at 4 pm. We arrived early 130. Understood room not ready when we returned at 3 45. Checking in many guests but our room was not ready. Our bathroom door did not close

    Nothing

    Clean, comfortable, modern, but the best attribute is their staff. Special thanks to the front desk staff that were so welcoming and friendly and the to highly educated ex- school principal who is retired and is now a waiter at your hotel. It was such a pleasure, taking to them made us feel warm and at home!

    There was no free coffee or breakfast, except for in the room we had 2 kcups.

    Very pretty, close to things to do, we were able to check in early which was amazing because we hadn’t slept since flying in from Denver

    Our room joined to another, who was not part of our party of friends. They were extremely loud both late at night and early morning.

    Breakfast outside was fantastic! Pool was lovely. Front counter staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable.

    The lady at the reception desk refused to give me an invoice (it was a business stay) - and erroneously claimed that if I made a booking via booking.com, booking.com should handle the invoice, which booking.com always tells me is not true and that it is the property's task. Well, I think there is some room for improvement in the hotel's customer care - driving a customer from pillar to post after she spent six nights at a modern hotel is sure the best way to end the entire experience in a sour note (if that is the effect you wanted to achieve). P.S. Your reply still does not give a clear answer: Booking.com says the property owner always issues the invoice, whereas you say Booking.com should issue the invoice. Colleagues, seriously? What should a VAT payer do? Any ideas? Regarding customer care, driving a customer from pillar to post is hardly a solution to the problem. I stayed in many hotels booked via Booking.com, and it was never a problem. Since when has it become a Gordian knot?

    I was assigned a room on the 11th floor, with a nice view of the Brickell district and a pool on the 6th floor. I liked both dinners I had at the hotel restaurant (plus one breakfast) - the service was very attentive, and the food was tasty. The bed was very comfortable, there was also a small yellow sofa by the window (not blue) which turned out to be an instrumental piece of furniture where I could prepare myself in peace for my business assignments. I was glad I could open the window - it is an important thing if you are not a fan of air-conditioning. I could also hear the sound of the city (music people played on their terraces, the metro rail etc.) which I found very inspiring. I spent 6 nights in this hotel and there is nothing really to complain about - apart from one thing:

    Complimentary water bottles would've been nice. But you can fill your water bottle up in the gym. So it's not terrible. Nothing more to say as it's a good value hotel for the area. For anything more, you'll have to pay more as well.

    Had a great stay here. The standout was the service from the front desk and the manager, Ray. Ray helped me to find a document that I had my bank send to the property. He went and found it for me personally. He also helped me with a late checkout so that I could run a few errands before leaving for my flight. The gym is decent and the pool area is nice too.

    Only criticism is the stable style door in the bathroom as this didn’t completely close.
