To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It's a nice hotel, adequate for the price tag. Good beds (2x double) and pillows + a nice gym and restaurant. The location is best, two blocks walking from City Center.

PolandThe lady at the reception desk refused to give me an invoice (it was a business stay) - and erroneously claimed that if I made a booking via booking.com, booking.com should handle the invoice, which booking.com always tells me is not true and that it is the property's task. Well, I think there is some room for improvement in the hotel's customer care - driving a customer from pillar to post after she spent six nights at a modern hotel is sure the best way to end the entire experience in a sour note (if that is the effect you wanted to achieve). P.S. Your reply still does not give a clear answer: Booking.com says the property owner always issues the invoice, whereas you say Booking.com should issue the invoice. Colleagues, seriously? What should a VAT payer do? Any ideas? Regarding customer care, driving a customer from pillar to post is hardly a solution to the problem. I stayed in many hotels booked via Booking.com, and it was never a problem. Since when has it become a Gordian knot?
I was assigned a room on the 11th floor, with a nice view of the Brickell district and a pool on the 6th floor. I liked both dinners I had at the hotel restaurant (plus one breakfast) - the service was very attentive, and the food was tasty. The bed was very comfortable, there was also a small yellow sofa by the window (not blue) which turned out to be an instrumental piece of furniture where I could prepare myself in peace for my business assignments. I was glad I could open the window - it is an important thing if you are not a fan of air-conditioning. I could also hear the sound of the city (music people played on their terraces, the metro rail etc.) which I found very inspiring. I spent 6 nights in this hotel and there is nothing really to complain about - apart from one thing:

United States of AmericaComplimentary water bottles would've been nice. But you can fill your water bottle up in the gym. So it's not terrible. Nothing more to say as it's a good value hotel for the area. For anything more, you'll have to pay more as well.
Had a great stay here. The standout was the service from the front desk and the manager, Ray. Ray helped me to find a document that I had my bank send to the property. He went and found it for me personally. He also helped me with a late checkout so that I could run a few errands before leaving for my flight. The gym is decent and the pool area is nice too.
